【摘要】：正近期,廣州市提出的"租購(gòu)?fù)瑱?quán)"引發(fā)了市場(chǎng)廣泛關(guān)注,中山、沈陽(yáng)等城市也明確跟進(jìn)"租購(gòu)?fù)瑱?quán)"。住建部有關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人稱將通過(guò)立法,明確租賃當(dāng)事人的權(quán)利義務(wù),逐步使租房居民在基本公共服務(wù)方面與買房居民享有同等待遇。這更加激發(fā)了市場(chǎng)對(duì)"租購(gòu)?fù)瑱?quán)"的熱烈討論。
[Abstract]:Recently, the "same right to rent purchase" proposed by Guangzhou has aroused widespread attention in the market. Cities such as Zhongshan and Shenyang have also clearly followed up on "the same right to rent purchase and purchase." the responsible person in charge of the housing construction department said that legislation would be passed to clarify the rights and obligations of the lease parties.
