【摘要】：分析了城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃組織編制過程在城鄉(xiāng)社會治理中發(fā)揮的作用,論述了在上海城市發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)型和社會治理創(chuàng)新背景下,"上海2040"規(guī)劃組織編制過程的轉(zhuǎn)型。通過包容多元主體的利益訴求、搭建線上線下的溝通平臺和建立全過程的協(xié)作機制,探索了以規(guī)劃編制過程提升城市治理水平的路徑。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the role of urban and rural planning organization in urban and rural social governance. Under the background of urban development transformation and social governance innovation in Shanghai, this paper discusses the transformation of the planning organization process of "Shanghai 2040". By including the interests of multiple subjects, the communication platform and the cooperation mechanism of the whole process are set up. This paper explores the path to improve the level of urban governance through the planning process.
