【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)DEA模型缺乏客觀評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的問(wèn)題,在采用三階段DEA模型剔除環(huán)境因素和隨機(jī)誤差對(duì)建筑業(yè)碳排放投入指標(biāo)的影響的基礎(chǔ)上,以2005年建筑業(yè)碳排放強(qiáng)度降低45%的減排目標(biāo)為樣本單元,構(gòu)建建筑業(yè)碳排放效率評(píng)價(jià)的廣義DEA模型。以2003—2012年建筑業(yè)為實(shí)證,結(jié)果表明:我國(guó)建筑業(yè)碳排放效率逐年提升;建筑業(yè)碳排放技術(shù)效率與地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)水平顯著正相關(guān),建筑業(yè)碳排放累計(jì)冗余與地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)水平顯著負(fù)相關(guān);投入指標(biāo)冗余率均呈現(xiàn)逐年遞減趨勢(shì),但建筑業(yè)碳排放與機(jī)械設(shè)備累計(jì)冗余依然較為嚴(yán)重,建筑業(yè)減排潛力較大;建筑業(yè)資本存量冗余受宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策影響較大。研究成果可為區(qū)域化、差異化減排提供決策依據(jù)和理論指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In view of the lack of objective evaluation criteria in traditional DEA model, the three-stage DEA model is adopted to eliminate environmental factors and random errors on the basis of the impact of environmental factors and random errors on the carbon emission input index of construction industry. Taking the target of reducing carbon emission intensity of construction industry by 45% in 2005 as the sample unit, the generalized DEA model of carbon emission efficiency evaluation of construction industry is constructed. The results show that the carbon emission efficiency of construction industry in China is increasing year by year. The technical efficiency of carbon emission in construction industry is significantly positively correlated with the regional economic level, the cumulative redundancy of carbon emissions in construction industry is negatively correlated with the regional economic level, and the redundancy rate of input indicators is decreasing year by year. However, the carbon emissions and the accumulated redundancy of machinery and equipment in the construction industry are still serious, the potential of emission reduction in the construction industry is great, the redundancy of the capital stock in the construction industry is greatly affected by macroeconomic policies, and the research results can be regionalized. Differential emission reduction provides decision-making basis and theoretical guidance.
