【摘要】：目前我國(guó)正處于城市化進(jìn)程不斷推進(jìn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)步伐飛速加快的階段,為了滿足城市人口和產(chǎn)業(yè)的用地需求,城市空間不斷地向外擴(kuò)張。鄭州市地處中原地帶,是全國(guó)的交通樞紐中心,河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的核心增長(zhǎng)極,在國(guó)家宏觀政策的調(diào)整下,城市空間不斷向邊緣地帶擴(kuò)張,大量的產(chǎn)業(yè)資本、社會(huì)資源和人口資源不斷向城市中心集聚,引發(fā)了一系列城市問(wèn)題,如城市中心承載力不足、職住分離、階層分化、環(huán)境污染、交通擁堵等問(wèn)題。因此,研究鄭州市近三十年城市空間擴(kuò)展,有助于調(diào)整鄭州市城市建設(shè)方向,構(gòu)架宜居城市。針對(duì)鄭州市近三十年城市空間擴(kuò)展與整合研究,以城市空間理論、空間整合理論為基礎(chǔ),提取了鄭州市1988-2014年中五個(gè)年份的Landsat TM/ETM+遙感影像數(shù)據(jù),利用ArcGIS軟件呈現(xiàn)了鄭州市近三十年的地域空間演變過(guò)程,同時(shí)搜集了鄭州市近三十年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用定量分析方法,就城市空間擴(kuò)展速度、強(qiáng)度、彈性及空間緊湊度四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析方法,探究鄭州市近三十年城市空間擴(kuò)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制。通過(guò)分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)鄭州市在近三十年空間擴(kuò)展中存在一定的城市發(fā)展問(wèn)題:傳統(tǒng)工業(yè)化導(dǎo)致居住環(huán)境質(zhì)量出現(xiàn)一定程度的下降;城市空間擴(kuò)展速度較快,城市內(nèi)部產(chǎn)業(yè)布局調(diào)整速度與之相脫節(jié),產(chǎn)業(yè)布局相對(duì)較為混亂;城市空間彈性偏大,導(dǎo)致城市交通系統(tǒng)效率不高;城市緊湊度較低,導(dǎo)致城市空間布局較為分散,制約城市空間的優(yōu)化進(jìn)程。針對(duì)城市空間擴(kuò)展存在的問(wèn)題,可以從以下幾個(gè)方面改善:通過(guò)加大綠地規(guī)劃建設(shè)面積、控制污染源等措施凈化環(huán)境系統(tǒng);改善產(chǎn)業(yè)布局,形成一極三圈的圈層式產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu);通過(guò)合理規(guī)劃交通布局、整合城市道路建設(shè)、改善公共交通系統(tǒng)等措施,優(yōu)化交通運(yùn)行機(jī)制;增強(qiáng)功能分區(qū)間的區(qū)域聯(lián)系、合理規(guī)劃地上地下空間布局,以整合城市地域空間;追逐現(xiàn)代文化建設(shè)的同時(shí)傳承歷史文化,通過(guò)文化渲染侵潤(rùn)地域空間,實(shí)現(xiàn)城市的有機(jī)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the stage of accelerating urbanization and accelerating the pace of economic construction. In order to meet the demand of urban population and industry for land use, the urban space is constantly expanding outwards. Zhengzhou is located in the Central Plains. Is the national transportation hub center, Henan Province economic growth core growth pole, under the national macroscopic policy adjustment, the city space unceasingly expands to the edge belt, the massive industrial capital, Social resources and population resources continue to gather into urban centers, which lead to a series of urban problems, such as insufficient bearing capacity of urban centers, separation of occupation and housing, stratification, environmental pollution, traffic congestion and so on. The research on the urban spatial expansion of Zhengzhou in the past 30 years will help to adjust the direction of urban construction and construct a livable city. In the light of the research on urban spatial expansion and integration in Zhengzhou in the past 30 years, it is based on the theory of urban space and the theory of spatial integration. The Landsat TM/ETM remote sensing image data of five years from 1988 to 2014 in Zhengzhou were extracted, and the regional spatial evolution process of Zhengzhou in recent 30 years was presented by using ArcGIS software. At the same time, the relevant data of Zhengzhou in recent 30 years were collected, and the quantitative analysis method was used. This paper makes a systematic analysis on four aspects of urban spatial expansion speed, intensity, elasticity and spatial compactness, and probes into the dynamic mechanism of urban spatial expansion in Zhengzhou in the past 30 years by using the method of grey correlation degree analysis. It is found that there are some problems in the urban development of Zhengzhou in the past 30 years: the traditional industrialization leads to a certain degree of decline in the quality of living environment, and the speed of urban spatial expansion is relatively fast. The adjustment speed of industrial layout is out of step with it, the industrial layout is relatively chaotic; the elasticity of urban space is on the large side, which leads to the low efficiency of urban traffic system; the low degree of urban compactness leads to the dispersion of urban spatial layout. In view of the problems existing in the expansion of urban space, we can improve it from the following aspects: purifying the environmental system by increasing the area of green space planning and construction, controlling pollution sources, and improving the industrial layout, Form an industrial structure with one pole and three circles; optimize traffic operation mechanism through rational planning of traffic layout, integration of urban road construction, improvement of public transport system, and enhance the regional connection of functional sub-regions, Reasonable layout of underground space on the ground to integrate urban regional space; pursue the construction of modern culture and heritage of historical culture, through cultural rendering invasion of regional space, to achieve the organic development of the city.
