【摘要】：通過梳理相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)出產(chǎn)學(xué)研項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)方關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化的12個(gè)驅(qū)動(dòng)因素。在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用探索性因子分析提煉出屬性、交往和環(huán)境三個(gè)驅(qū)動(dòng)維度,構(gòu)建產(chǎn)學(xué)研項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)方關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化的動(dòng)力模型,并通過調(diào)查問卷數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證和修正。研究結(jié)果表明,三個(gè)驅(qū)動(dòng)維度對產(chǎn)學(xué)研項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)方關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化均有著正向總效應(yīng),其中交往驅(qū)動(dòng)是產(chǎn)學(xué)研項(xiàng)目利益相關(guān)方關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化的最大動(dòng)力,而且屬性驅(qū)動(dòng)和環(huán)境驅(qū)動(dòng)正向影響交往驅(qū)動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:By combing the relevant research literature, summarized research project stakeholder relations network evolution of the 12 driving factors. Factor analysis to extract the attributes used to explore on the basis of this, communication and environmental drivers of three dimensions of relationship network evolution model of stakeholder research projects, and through the questionnaire data using structural equation the model is verified and revised. The results show that the evolution has a positive effect on total three dimension driven research project stakeholder relations network, which is the largest power driven communication research project stakeholder relationship network evolution, and attributes and environmental driving positive influence communication drive.
