【摘要】：快速城市化背景下,城市環(huán)境遭到嚴(yán)重破壞,決定城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定的生物多樣性境遇每況愈下,阻礙了城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。城市生物多樣性保護(hù)在維持城市生態(tài)安全與生態(tài)穩(wěn)定上發(fā)揮著重要作用。根據(jù)生物多樣性關(guān)鍵地區(qū)構(gòu)建城市生態(tài)安全格局對維護(hù)城市生態(tài)安全、穩(wěn)定城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)、改善城市生態(tài)環(huán)境、保證城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。采用系統(tǒng)保護(hù)規(guī)劃方法(Systematic Conservation Planning,SCP),通過計算市域內(nèi)生物多樣性保護(hù)的不可替代性指數(shù)(Irreplaceability),對哈爾濱市域生態(tài)安全格局進(jìn)行了評價與構(gòu)建,根據(jù)城市生態(tài)安全需求對格局進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出城市生物多樣性保護(hù)與城市生態(tài)安全格局建立的策略建議。
[Abstract]:In the context of rapid urbanization, the urban environment has been severely damaged, and the situation of biodiversity, which determines the stability of urban ecosystems, is deteriorating. Urban biodiversity protection plays an important role in maintaining urban ecological security and ecological stability. To stabilize the urban ecosystem and improve the urban ecological environment, It is of great strategic significance to ensure the sustainable development of the city. By adopting the systematic Conservation planning method and calculating the irreplaceable index of biodiversity conservation in the city area, the ecological security pattern in Harbin is evaluated and constructed. According to the requirements of urban ecological security, this paper optimizes the pattern, and puts forward some strategic suggestions on the protection of urban biodiversity and the establishment of urban ecological security pattern.
