【摘要】：民生家庭保障的根本問(wèn)題是勞動(dòng)力生產(chǎn)耗費(fèi)補(bǔ)償。經(jīng)典的工資理論不關(guān)注從而造成實(shí)踐忽視勞動(dòng)力生產(chǎn)耗費(fèi)補(bǔ)償或勞動(dòng)者及其家庭成員生存和發(fā)展的家庭保障,是現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)發(fā)展中勞動(dòng)力生產(chǎn)保障和家庭保障問(wèn)題普遍得不到很好解決的根本原因。勞動(dòng)力生產(chǎn)耗費(fèi)補(bǔ)償在社會(huì)生產(chǎn)的各環(huán)節(jié)中有著至關(guān)重要的地位,起著至關(guān)重要的作用,民生家庭有保障才是可靠的。在經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論體系的建構(gòu)中,需要把民生家庭保障和勞動(dòng)力生產(chǎn)耗費(fèi)補(bǔ)償作為社會(huì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程或生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行體系的重要部分,從而使經(jīng)濟(jì)理論在指導(dǎo)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行實(shí)踐中真正把民生家庭保障和勞動(dòng)力生產(chǎn)耗費(fèi)補(bǔ)償安排為社會(huì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程或生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行的重要環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:The basic problem of the family security of people's livelihood is the compensation of the labor force production expenses, the classical wage theory does not pay attention to it, which causes the practice to ignore the labor production cost compensation or the survival and development of the laborer and his family members. It is the root cause that the problem of labor force production security and family security can not be solved well in the development of real society. The compensation of labor force production cost has a vital position and plays a vital role in all aspects of social production. In the construction of the economic theoretical system, it is necessary to take the livelihood of the people's family and the compensation of labor production expenses as an important part of the social production process or the production and operation system. So that the economic theory in guiding the practice of economic operation, the livelihood of the family security and labor production expenses compensation arrangements for the social production process or production operation of the important link.
