【摘要】：科技型小微企業(yè)是我國科技創(chuàng)新發(fā)展中不可或缺的重要組成部分,憑借著自身技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的活力以及靈活的商業(yè)模式、創(chuàng)新的科研產(chǎn)品,成為帶動我國高新技術(shù)發(fā)展的重要力量。然而,就目前發(fā)展形勢來看,企業(yè)存在經(jīng)營分散、自身資源和實(shí)力有限等缺點(diǎn)。協(xié)同創(chuàng)新理論闡述了科技型小微企業(yè)如何充分聯(lián)合多個(gè)利益相關(guān)方的優(yōu)勢資源彌補(bǔ)自身不足,達(dá)到合作共贏的方式方法。因此,協(xié)同創(chuàng)新機(jī)制的建立對提高科技型小微企業(yè)核心競爭力、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力具有劃時(shí)代的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文站在科技型小微企業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的角度,研究科技型小微企業(yè)與政府、高�？蒲袡C(jī)構(gòu)、大型科技型企業(yè)協(xié)同合作創(chuàng)新的成長模式。通過建立三組演化博弈論模型,從科技型小微企業(yè)與協(xié)同創(chuàng)新相關(guān)方的演化博弈過程和演化結(jié)果中得出促進(jìn)科技型小微企業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略路徑。演化結(jié)果表明,科技型小微企業(yè)與政府的演化博弈有兩個(gè)均衡點(diǎn)(1,1)、(0,0),科技型小微企業(yè)創(chuàng)新、政府支持創(chuàng)新時(shí)收益增加的倍數(shù)會同時(shí)增大,這使系統(tǒng)更容易達(dá)到均衡點(diǎn)(1,1)。因此,科技型小微企業(yè)必須提高自己的創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動力,充分利用政府支持的環(huán)境和政策,通過創(chuàng)新最大限度地提高自己的投入—產(chǎn)出效率�？萍夹托∥⑵髽I(yè)與科技型大企業(yè)演化博弈均衡點(diǎn)為(0,1)、(1,0),演化結(jié)果依賴初始狀態(tài),演化博弈之初會出現(xiàn)機(jī)會主義行為,因此必須制定契約,規(guī)范博弈雙方行為,減少機(jī)會主義的存在�？萍夹托∥⑵髽I(yè)與高校科研機(jī)構(gòu)的演化博弈結(jié)果顯示,演化博弈結(jié)果存在(0,1)與(1,0)兩個(gè)均衡點(diǎn),因此,科技型小微企業(yè)與高�？蒲袡C(jī)構(gòu)要充分利用自己的“長板”優(yōu)勢,使得協(xié)同創(chuàng)新時(shí)能夠?yàn)閷Ψ綔p輕成本,同時(shí)還要建立契約約束雙方的背叛行為。針對演化博弈結(jié)果,本論文提出了科技型小微企業(yè)與政府、科技型大企業(yè)、高�？蒲袡C(jī)構(gòu)的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新機(jī)制。最后針對科技型小微企業(yè)存在的問題,提出了以內(nèi)生創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動為核心、加強(qiáng)政府政策支持、增加高�？蒲袡C(jī)構(gòu)人才輸送、提高科技成果實(shí)用性、構(gòu)建協(xié)同創(chuàng)新平臺等政策建議。
[Abstract]:Science and technology Small and micro businesses is an important part of the development of China's science and technology innovation, by virtue of its technological innovation vitality and flexible business model, innovative research and products, has become an important force to promote the development of China's high-tech development. However, the current situation, enterprises have their own resources and strength of decentralized operation. Limited shortcomings. Collaborative innovation theory describes the technology Small and micro businesses how to combine multiple stakeholder resources to make up for their lack of methods to achieve win-win cooperation. Therefore, collaborative innovation mechanism to improve the core competitiveness of science and technology Small and micro businesses, enhance the enterprise innovation ability has great practical significance this paper stands in the science and technology. Small and micro businesses collaborative innovation perspective, research on science and technology Small and micro businesses and government research institutions, universities, large science and technology enterprises Co Cooperative innovation growth model. Through the establishment of three groups of evolutionary game theory model, the strategic path of promoting science and technology Small and micro businesses from the development of science and technology Small and micro businesses and stakeholders of the collaborative innovation process of evolutionary game and evolution. The evolution results show that evolutionary game technology Small and micro businesses and the government has two balanced point (1,1), (0,0), science and technology innovation Small and micro businesses, government support for innovation ratios increased earnings will also increase, which makes the system easier to reach the equilibrium point (1,1). Therefore, science and technology Small and micro businesses must improve their driving force of innovation, make full use of the support of the government and policy. Science and technology Small and micro businesses and technology type enterprise evolution game equilibrium point (0,1), (1,0), the evolution result depends on the initial state at the beginning of evolutionary game of chance and The meaning of behavior, so we must formulate contract, standardize behavior of both sides of game, to reduce opportunism exist. Evolutionary game research institutions of science and technology type Small and micro businesses and the results show that the evolutionary game results (0,1) and (1,0) two equilibrium point, therefore, science and technology Small and micro businesses and universities and research institutions should make full use of their own the "long board" advantage, which can reduce the cost for each other at the same time, collaborative innovation, the establishment of contract act of betrayal both sides. Evolution of the game results, this thesis proposes technology based Small and micro businesses and government, science and technology enterprises, collaborative innovation mechanism of scientific research institution for science and technology. Finally, Small and micro businesses the existing problems, puts forward the endogenous innovation driven as the core, strengthen the policy support of the government, increase the transmission of scientific research institution personnel, improve the scientific and technological achievements practicality, build collaborative innovation platform and policy Suggestion.
