【摘要】：本文首先剖析了勞動(dòng)力價(jià)格扭曲對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng),提出了理論假說,然后利用2000-2007年工業(yè)企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)與海關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的相關(guān)合并數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)理論假說進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):勞動(dòng)力價(jià)格扭曲對(duì)我國(guó)出口產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量存在顯著時(shí)間效應(yīng),其影響趨勢(shì)呈"N"型;扭曲較輕時(shí)能顯著促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量升級(jí),扭曲較重時(shí)對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量促進(jìn)作用變小甚至?xí)璧K產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量升級(jí);扭曲存在要素配置效應(yīng),對(duì)勞動(dòng)密集型產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的影響顯著大于對(duì)資本密集型產(chǎn)品的影響;扭曲與規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)的結(jié)合有助于企業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量升級(jí);扭曲存在顯著的經(jīng)驗(yàn)累積效應(yīng)和生產(chǎn)率效應(yīng),其影響趨勢(shì)均呈"U"型;扭曲會(huì)產(chǎn)生研發(fā)抑制效應(yīng),從而在一定程度上降低了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the economic effect of labor price distortion on product quality, and puts forward a theoretical hypothesis. Then we use the combined data of industrial enterprise database and customs database from 2000 to 2007 to empirically test the theoretical hypothesis. It is found that the labor price distortion has a significant time effect on the quality of China's export products. Its influence trend is "N" type; when distortion is light, it can significantly promote product quality upgrading, and when distortion is serious, it can even hinder product quality upgrading. The impact on the quality of labor-intensive products is significantly greater than that on capital-intensive products; the combination of distortion and economies of scale contributes to the upgrading of enterprise product quality; there are significant empirical cumulative effects and productivity effects in distortions. The influence trend is "U" type, and distortion will produce R & D inhibition effect, thus reducing the product quality to a certain extent.
