【摘要】：既有建筑改造在我國受到越來越多的關(guān)注,其中增量成本是開發(fā)商不得不考慮的關(guān)鍵因素。本文通過CVM構(gòu)建動態(tài)博弈模型,構(gòu)建了開發(fā)商和業(yè)主的增量成本與效益博弈關(guān)系,推導(dǎo)出既有建筑的未來發(fā)展對策與及建議。
[Abstract]:More and more attention has been paid to the reconstruction of existing buildings in China, in which incremental cost is the key factor that developers have to consider. In this paper, the dynamic game model is constructed by CVM, and the relationship between incremental cost and benefit of developers and owners is established. The countermeasures and suggestions for the future development of the existing buildings are deduced.
