【摘要】：正隨著我國(guó)老齡化問(wèn)題日益突出,對(duì)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的需求不斷增加,但是養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)資金缺乏、融資渠道單一、資金使用效率低等問(wèn)題突出,制約了養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,在養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中融資問(wèn)題成為亟待突破的瓶頸。PPP模式與養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)合,將在一定程度上解決融資的難題,使養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展踏上一個(gè)新臺(tái)階。當(dāng)前養(yǎng)老服務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)融資模式存在的問(wèn)題(一)財(cái)政撥款占資金來(lái)源的比重較高,地方政府負(fù)擔(dān)重。養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的特
[Abstract]:With the aging problem becoming more and more prominent in our country, the demand for old-age service is increasing, but the problems such as lack of fund, single financing channel and low efficiency of fund use have restricted the development of old-age service industry. In the process of the development of the old-age service industry, the financing problem becomes the bottleneck. PPP model and the combination of the old-age service industry, which will solve the financing problem to a certain extent. Make the development of old-age service industry step to a new level. The problems existing in the current financing mode of old-age service industry (1) the proportion of financial allocation to the source of funds is relatively high, and the local government has a heavy burden.
