【摘要】：特色小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)是我國(guó)加快推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)、統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展的一項(xiàng)重大決策,科技支撐體系則可以為特色小鎮(zhèn)的創(chuàng)新改革發(fā)展提供重要?jiǎng)恿�。本文在分析特色小�?zhèn)科技支撐體系的構(gòu)成要素及運(yùn)行機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合目前特色小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的實(shí)踐案例,就如何建設(shè)我省特色小鎮(zhèn)的科技支撐體系提出相應(yīng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑與對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The construction of small towns with special characteristics is a major decision to accelerate the economic transformation and upgrade in our country and to coordinate the development of urban and rural areas. The scientific and technological support system can provide an important impetus for the innovation and development of the small town with characteristics. This paper, on the basis of analyzing the constituent elements and the operating mechanism of the science and technology support system of the characteristic town, combines with the practical cases of the construction of the special town at present. This paper puts forward the corresponding realization path and countermeasures on how to build the supporting system of science and technology in the small towns with special characteristics in our province.
