【摘要】：特色小鎮(zhèn)建設是我國加快推動經濟轉型升級、統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展的一項重大決策,科技支撐體系則可以為特色小鎮(zhèn)的創(chuàng)新改革發(fā)展提供重要動力。本文在分析特色小鎮(zhèn)科技支撐體系的構成要素及運行機制的基礎上,結合目前特色小鎮(zhèn)建設的實踐案例,就如何建設我省特色小鎮(zhèn)的科技支撐體系提出相應的實現(xiàn)路徑與對策建議。
[Abstract]:The construction of small towns with special characteristics is a major decision to accelerate the economic transformation and upgrade in our country and to coordinate the development of urban and rural areas. The scientific and technological support system can provide an important impetus for the innovation and development of the small town with characteristics. This paper, on the basis of analyzing the constituent elements and the operating mechanism of the science and technology support system of the characteristic town, combines with the practical cases of the construction of the special town at present. This paper puts forward the corresponding realization path and countermeasures on how to build the supporting system of science and technology in the small towns with special characteristics in our province.
