【摘要】：研究目標:構(gòu)建一個包含資本、技能勞動力和非技能勞動力的多要素CES生產(chǎn)函數(shù),給出了該生產(chǎn)函數(shù)下不同要素間的Morishima替代彈性的系統(tǒng)估計方法。研究方法:利用來自于WIOD-SEA數(shù)據(jù)庫的中國制造業(yè)行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)以及本文提出的估計方法,估算了中國制造業(yè)行業(yè)技能勞動力、非技能勞動力和資本三種要素之間的Morishima替代彈性,并分析了要素間的Morishima替代彈性對不同要素間收入份額的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):各行業(yè)技能勞動力與非技能勞動力之間的Morishima替代彈性亦即Hicks替代彈性均大于1,而資本對技能勞動力和非技能勞動力的Morishima替代彈性亦即Hicks替代彈性呈現(xiàn)異質(zhì)特征,但技能勞動力和非技能勞動力對資本的Morishima替代彈性是大于1的。研究創(chuàng)新:將Klump等(2007)提出的"標準化供給面系統(tǒng)"引入到嵌套CES生產(chǎn)函數(shù)中,提出一種估算多要素Morishima替代彈性的系統(tǒng)估計方法。研究價值:可以分析要素替代彈性對技能溢價的影響,同時也可以分析勞動力與資本的收入份額問題。
[Abstract]:Objective: to construct a multi-factor CES production function including capital, skilled labor and unskilled labor. A system estimation method for the elasticity of Morishima substitution between different elements under the production function is presented. Using the Chinese manufacturing industry data from WIOD-SEA database and the estimation method proposed in this paper. The elasticity of Morishima substitution between skilled labor, unskilled labor and capital in Chinese manufacturing industry is estimated. The effects of the elasticity of Morishima substitution among factors on the income share among different factors are analyzed. The elasticity of Morishima substitution between skilled labor and unskilled labor is greater than 1. The Morishima substitution elasticity of capital to skilled labor force and unskilled labor force is characterized by heterogeneity of Hicks substitution elasticity. But the elasticity of Morishima substitution of skilled and unskilled labor to capital is greater than 1. Research and Innovation: Klump et al. 2007). The proposed "standardized supply-side system" is introduced into nested CES production functions. This paper presents a systematic estimation method for estimating the elasticity of Morishima substitution with multiple factors. The value of the study can be used to analyze the influence of the elasticity of substitution on the skill premium. At the same time, we can also analyze the income share of labor force and capital.
