【摘要】：畢業(yè)生缺乏就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性是一個(gè)日益嚴(yán)重的問題,就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性不僅影響國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、企業(yè)的正常運(yùn)作,也在畢業(yè)生們的職業(yè)規(guī)劃中扮演著重要的角色。因此,本文通過識(shí)別和分析影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性的主要驅(qū)動(dòng)力,構(gòu)建了影響畢業(yè)生就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性的七力模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)國(guó)家政策的導(dǎo)向力、區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展力、行業(yè)壁壘的排斥力、企業(yè)的招聘力、組織的和諧力、家庭背景的支持力、畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)力是影響畢業(yè)生就業(yè)穩(wěn)定性的主要因素。最后,針對(duì)提高畢業(yè)生自身就業(yè)力提出了進(jìn)行有效人力資本管理、積極搜索職業(yè)選擇、進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃、強(qiáng)化職業(yè)意識(shí)、調(diào)整就業(yè)觀念等建議。
[Abstract]:The lack of employment stability of graduates is an increasingly serious problem. Employment stability not only affects the economic development of the country, the normal operation of enterprises, but also plays an important role in the career planning of graduates. By identifying and analyzing the main driving forces affecting the employment stability of college students, this paper constructs a seven-force model that affects the employment stability of graduates, and finds out the guiding force of national policies and the development of regional industrial economy. The repulsive power of the industry barrier, the recruitment ability of the enterprise, the harmonious ability of the organization, the support of the family background and the employment ability of the graduates are the main factors affecting the employment stability of the graduates. In order to improve graduates' employability, some suggestions are put forward, such as carrying out effective human capital management, actively searching for career choice, carrying out dynamic planning, strengthening professional consciousness and adjusting employment concept.
