【摘要】:物流業(yè)是生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的重要組成部分,對我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有重大意義,但因?yàn)殚L期處于高投入、高排放、低產(chǎn)出的粗放式發(fā)展模式,物流業(yè)已成為我國僅次于工業(yè)的能源消耗大戶。在世界各國倡導(dǎo)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的大環(huán)境下,要想提高我國物流業(yè)的國際競爭力,提升能源效率是關(guān)鍵。伴隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化和國際分工的深化,物流業(yè)也在不斷延伸和發(fā)展,對外貿(mào)易競爭的加劇會對物流業(yè)的發(fā)展提出更高的要求。改革開放以來,我國對外貿(mào)易快速發(fā)展,并逐漸奠定了"貨物貿(mào)易大國"和"世界工廠"的地位,對外貿(mào)易已成為影響我國經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會發(fā)展的重要因素。因此,基于開放視角探討進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易對我國物流業(yè)能源效率的影響渠道與影響程度,對我國執(zhí)行碳減排政策具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。首先,本文利用DEA非參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法測算了 2003-2014年我國30個(gè)省份的物流業(yè)能源效率,在與我國對外貿(mào)易的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析與對比中發(fā)現(xiàn):二者均存在相似的地區(qū)差異和時(shí)間拐點(diǎn)。其次,在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,利用省際面板數(shù)據(jù)模型,先從總體上進(jìn)行進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易對我國物流業(yè)能源效率的回歸分析,接著從地區(qū)、貿(mào)易方式和貿(mào)易主體三方面進(jìn)行了分類研究;結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):出口貿(mào)易和進(jìn)口貿(mào)易都有利于提升我國的物流業(yè)能源效率,其中進(jìn)口貿(mào)易的影響相對更大且更顯著;都表現(xiàn)為由東部地區(qū)到西部地區(qū)不斷減小并最終轉(zhuǎn)為抑制作用;加工貿(mào)易出口和進(jìn)口都能顯著提升物流業(yè)能源效率,且提升作用都比一般貿(mào)易大;內(nèi)資企業(yè)出口在一定程度上降低了物流業(yè)能源效率而外資企業(yè)出口顯著提升了物流業(yè)能源效率,但內(nèi)資企業(yè)進(jìn)口比起外資企業(yè)進(jìn)口更有利于提升物流業(yè)能源效率。然后,借助進(jìn)出口生產(chǎn)誘發(fā)模型、產(chǎn)業(yè)關(guān)聯(lián)性計(jì)算等投入產(chǎn)出方法進(jìn)一步探討了出口貿(mào)易和進(jìn)口貿(mào)易對物流業(yè)能源效率的影響機(jī)理,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):出口貿(mào)易對物流業(yè)的引致效應(yīng)更大,出口貿(mào)易中與物流業(yè)強(qiáng)相關(guān)的高能耗行業(yè)較多,可能使出口貿(mào)易引致的物流需求仍然停留在較低端的傳統(tǒng)儲運(yùn)模式;出口貿(mào)易的物流外包率較低,可能抑制了物流業(yè)有效需求的釋放和物流業(yè)能源效率的提升。最后,在實(shí)證結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,就如何提升物流業(yè)能源效率提出了針對性的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Logistics industry is an important part of producer services, which is of great significance to the development of our social economy, but because of the long-term high input, high emissions, low output extensive development model. Logistics industry has become the second largest consumer of energy consumption after industry in China. In the world advocate low-carbon economy environment, to improve the international competitiveness of China's logistics industry. Improving energy efficiency is the key. With the deepening of global economic integration and international division of labor, the logistics industry is also expanding and developing. The intensification of foreign trade competition will put forward higher requirements for the development of logistics industry. Since the reform and opening up, China's foreign trade has developed rapidly, and gradually established the status of "big country of goods trade" and "world factory". Foreign trade has become an important factor affecting the economic and social development of our country. Therefore, based on the open perspective, the influence of import and export trade on the energy efficiency of logistics industry in China is discussed. It has important practical significance to implement carbon emission reduction policy in China. Firstly, this paper calculates the energy efficiency of logistics industry in 30 provinces of China from 2003 to 2014 by using DEA non-parametric data envelopment analysis method. In the statistical analysis and comparison with China's foreign trade, it is found that there are similar regional differences and time inflection points between the two countries. Secondly, based on the theoretical analysis, the interprovincial panel data model is used. Firstly, the regression analysis of the import and export trade to the energy efficiency of the logistics industry in China is carried out, and then the classification research is carried out from the three aspects of the region, the trade mode and the main body of trade. The results show that both export trade and import trade are beneficial to improve the energy efficiency of logistics industry in China, and the impact of import trade is relatively greater and more significant. All of them were gradually reduced from the eastern region to the western region and finally turned to the inhibitory effect. Both export and import of processing trade can significantly improve the energy efficiency of logistics industry, and the role of promotion is greater than that of general trade; To a certain extent, the export of domestic enterprises reduces the energy efficiency of logistics industry, while the export of foreign-funded enterprises significantly improves the energy efficiency of logistics industry. However, the import of domestic enterprises is more conducive to improving the energy efficiency of logistics industry than the import of foreign enterprises. Then, with the help of the model of import and export induced production. Input-output methods, such as industrial relevance calculation, further explore the mechanism of the impact of export trade and import trade on the energy efficiency of logistics industry. The results show that export trade has a greater effect on logistics industry. There are more high energy consumption industries in export trade, which may make the logistics demand caused by export trade still stay at the lower end of the traditional storage and transportation mode. The low rate of logistics outsourcing in export trade may inhibit the release of effective demand and the improvement of energy efficiency of logistics industry. Finally, on the basis of empirical results. This paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to improve the energy efficiency of logistics industry.
