【摘要】：本文區(qū)分非正規(guī)居住和正規(guī)居住兩種模式,基于理論分析,分別構建兩個一般均衡模型,通過模型推導和數(shù)值模擬,提出兩個研究假說。在此基礎上,利用2001-2014年廣東省和山東省設區(qū)市的面板數(shù)據(jù),運用門限回歸分析方法,實證分析了不同居住模式下,地方政府土地供給行為對人口流動的影響方式。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)在非正規(guī)居住模式下,地方政府土地供給行為是城市間人口流動很重要的影響因素,地方政府土地供給行為對城市間人口流動的影響方式呈現(xiàn)為線性方式;地方政府增加工業(yè)用地供給,會導致人口流入;地方政府減少工業(yè)用地供給,會導致減緩人口流入(或?qū)е氯丝诹鞒?;(2)在正規(guī)居住模式下,地方政府土地供給行為是城市間人口流動較為重要的影響因素,地方政府土地供給行為對城市間人口流動的影響方式呈現(xiàn)為倒U型方式;在(0,S_i~*]區(qū)間內(nèi),增加工業(yè)用地供給或減少住宅及商服用地供給,有助于吸引人口流入;在(S_i~*,∞)區(qū)間內(nèi),增加住宅及商服用地供給或減少工業(yè)用地供給,有助于吸引人口流入。
[Abstract]:Based on theoretical analysis, two general equilibrium models are constructed in this paper. Two hypotheses are proposed through model derivation and numerical simulation. Using the panel data of Guangdong Province and Shandong Province from 2001 to 2014, using threshold regression analysis method, empirical analysis of different living patterns. The study found that the behavior of local government land supply is an important influence factor of inter-city population mobility under the informal housing model. The influence of land supply behavior of local government on inter-city population flow is linear. If the local government increases the supply of industrial land, it will lead to the inflow of population. A reduction in the supply of industrial land by local governments will lead to a slowdown in the inflow of population (or to the outflow of population); 2) under the formal living mode, the land supply behavior of local government is the more important influence factor of population flow among cities. The influence of the land supply behavior of the local government on the inter-city population mobility is presented as the inverted U-shaped mode. An increase in the supply of industrial land or a reduction in the supply of residential and commercial land will help attract the inflow of population within the section; Increasing the supply of residential and commercial land or reducing the supply of industrial land will help attract the inflow of population in the population area.
