【摘要】:跨境電子商務(wù)是當(dāng)前新興的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)模式,當(dāng)前全球市場(chǎng)里跨境電子商務(wù)發(fā)展迅猛,國(guó)內(nèi)跨境電商行業(yè)也在不斷地布局。本文研究的對(duì)象海賣(mài)寶平臺(tái)是中國(guó)郵政系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的首個(gè)跨境電商供銷平臺(tái),也是福建郵政首次嘗試自建B2B2C模式平臺(tái),在商業(yè)模式、業(yè)務(wù)流程、開(kāi)發(fā)技術(shù)上都具有開(kāi)拓性和創(chuàng)新性,同時(shí)也從電子商務(wù)的視角,對(duì)郵政傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整與轉(zhuǎn)型,提供了新的思考。本文的第一部分,主要介紹了本文的研究背景,即當(dāng)前電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。其次是文獻(xiàn)綜述,主要總結(jié)國(guó)際貿(mào)易、稅收協(xié)定、海關(guān)監(jiān)管等對(duì)跨境電子商務(wù)的影響。第二部分,主要介紹了跨境電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展的不同理論,包括成本分析理論,商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論,價(jià)值鏈理論,SWOT分析理論。第三部分,討論了當(dāng)前我國(guó)跨境電子商務(wù)的幾種模式,以及物流平臺(tái)的情況。分析了當(dāng)前這幾種模式在平臺(tái)運(yùn)行、物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和用戶體驗(yàn)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)銜接方面所存在的不足。第四部分,研究了“海賣(mài)寶”平臺(tái)的發(fā)展背景、其功能,能夠?yàn)楫?dāng)前的跨境電子商務(wù)提供的一系列作用,同時(shí)應(yīng)用SWOT方法分析其所存在的不足。第五部分,論述了“海賣(mài)寶”平臺(tái)的內(nèi)部發(fā)展的策略和保障措施。從內(nèi)部組織架構(gòu)、物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)和人員發(fā)展角度提出改進(jìn)的策略,并對(duì)這些策略的落地實(shí)施設(shè)計(jì)了保障措施!昂Yu(mài)寶”平臺(tái)在未來(lái)的發(fā)展中,應(yīng)當(dāng)借助外部的政策和郵政資源優(yōu)勢(shì)發(fā)展,通過(guò)把握互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和大數(shù)據(jù)的風(fēng)口,不斷鞏固其平臺(tái)的生命力。海賣(mài)寶作為中國(guó)郵政電子商務(wù)走向國(guó)際化的重要平臺(tái),對(duì)其研究具有重要意義。結(jié)合近年來(lái)跨境電子商務(wù)的整體發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)海賣(mài)寶在當(dāng)前的跨境電子商務(wù)行業(yè)所面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),以及其自身所存在的不足,從互聯(lián)網(wǎng)大數(shù)據(jù)、物流構(gòu)建、海外布局、金融平臺(tái)銜接等一系列層面進(jìn)行研究討論,結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)等有利的大環(huán)境或風(fēng)口,探討海賣(mài)寶未來(lái)的發(fā)展之路,以此為郵政的電子商務(wù)國(guó)際業(yè)務(wù)的深入發(fā)展提供一些具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和可操作的思路。
[Abstract]:Cross-border electronic commerce is a new Internet economy model, and it is developing rapidly in the global market. Domestic cross-border e-commerce industry is also constantly layout. The research object of this paper is the first cross-border e-commerce platform in the Chinese postal system, and it is also the first attempt of Fujian Post to build its own B2B2C model platform. In the business model, business process, development technology are pioneering and innovative, but also from the perspective of e-commerce, the adjustment and transformation of the traditional postal service structure. The first part of this paper mainly introduces the research background of this paper, that is, the current development of electronic commerce, followed by a literature review, mainly summarizes international trade, tax agreements. The second part mainly introduces the different theories of the development of cross-border electronic commerce, including cost analysis theory, business ecosystem theory, value chain theory. SWOT analysis theory. The third part, discusses the current cross-border e-commerce in China, as well as the situation of the logistics platform, and analyzes the current operation of these models in the platform, logistics warehousing and user experience. Part 4th studies the development background of the platform of "selling treasure in the sea" and its function, which can provide a series of functions for the current cross-border electronic commerce. At the same time, using SWOT method to analyze its shortcomings. 5th, discussed the "sea selling treasure" platform internal development strategy and safeguard measures, from the internal organizational structure. Logistics warehousing and personnel development point of view to improve the strategy, and the landing of these strategies to implement the design of protection measures. "Hai sell treasure" platform in the future development. With the help of external policies and the advantages of postal resources, we should constantly consolidate the vitality of the platform by grasping the Internet and big data's tuyere. Combined with the overall development trend of cross-border e-commerce in recent years, the opportunities and challenges faced by sea selling treasure in the current cross-border e-commerce industry, as well as its own shortcomings. From the Internet big data, logistics construction, overseas layout, financial platform convergence and a series of levels of research and discussion, combined with industrial upgrading and other favorable environment or tuyere, to explore the future development of marine treasure. It provides some practical and operable ideas for the further development of the international business of e-commerce.
