【摘要】:近年來,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)迅速發(fā)展,國家對于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的重視程度越來越高。移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)作為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的一個分支,在日常生活中的作越來越凸顯。以手機終端作為移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用平臺在人群中日益興起。新生代農(nóng)民工群體逐漸壯大,成為城市勞動力的主要來源。他們相比較老一代農(nóng)民工接受新鮮事物的能力更強,更加具有靈活性,從事的行業(yè)也更傾向于具有挑戰(zhàn)性或具有更高技術(shù)含量的工作。其就業(yè)問題關(guān)系到整個城市社會穩(wěn)定和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展。因此,解決新生代農(nóng)民工就業(yè)問題成為了關(guān)鍵。本文對于新生代農(nóng)民工的上網(wǎng)途徑、對通訊軟件的了解程度、上網(wǎng)內(nèi)容、上網(wǎng)頻次方面進行移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用的描述,并從受教育程度、就業(yè)前培訓(xùn)與工會參與情況、就業(yè)花費的時間和金錢、維權(quán)行為、就業(yè)信息獲取渠道和數(shù)量對新生代農(nóng)民工的就業(yè)能力進行了描述與分析。移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在新生代農(nóng)民工群體中的使用對就業(yè)能力有怎樣的影響,是本文主要的研究內(nèi)容。本文基于對遼寧省農(nóng)民工的問卷調(diào)查,以遼寧省新生代農(nóng)民工為研究對象,從求職時間花費、就業(yè)信息獲取途徑及數(shù)量、對所獲取就業(yè)信息的評價和工會參與情況對新生代農(nóng)民工就業(yè)能力現(xiàn)狀進行描述,分析了移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用對新生代農(nóng)民工就業(yè)能力的影響。將就業(yè)能力以就業(yè)成本、社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)、權(quán)益維護以及就業(yè)信息獲取途徑四個變量表示,利用tobit、負二項回歸、logistic和ologit回歸模型對數(shù)據(jù)進行實證檢驗。研究結(jié)果表明,移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用對于就業(yè)能力的以上四個方面均有正向影響,其中對社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)和權(quán)益維護影響顯著,具體表現(xiàn)為使用移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)能夠擴大社會網(wǎng)絡(luò),能夠幫助新生代農(nóng)民工增強法律意識,增加其簽訂勞動合同的概率,拓寬就業(yè)信息獲取渠道,但會增加就業(yè)時間成本。同時,對提升新生代農(nóng)民工就業(yè)能力提出四方面建議,政府應(yīng)加強信息服務(wù)建設(shè),為新生代農(nóng)民工就業(yè)提供良好的基礎(chǔ)和保障;企業(yè)應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,積極承擔(dān)幫助就業(yè)的社會責(zé)任;移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)媒體要優(yōu)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境,保持信息新鮮度,提高實用性;新生代農(nóng)民工個人應(yīng)自主學(xué)習(xí)與應(yīng)用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the Internet, the country pays more and more attention to the Internet. Mobile Internet as a branch of the Internet. In the daily life of more and more prominent. Mobile phone terminal as a mobile Internet application platform in the crowd is emerging. The new generation of migrant workers groups gradually grow. As the main source of urban labor, they are more flexible and able to accept new things than the older generation of migrant workers. Jobs are also more likely to be challenging or highly skilled. Their employment concerns the social stability and economic development of the city as a whole. To solve the problem of employment of the new generation of migrant workers has become the key. This paper describes the use of mobile Internet for the new generation of migrant workers, the understanding of the communication software, the content of the Internet, the frequency of the Internet. And from the level of education, pre-employment training and trade union participation, employment spent time and money, rights behavior. Employment information access channels and the number of the new generation of migrant workers to describe and analyze the employability. The use of mobile Internet in the new generation of migrant workers groups how to affect the employability. Based on the questionnaire survey of migrant workers in Liaoning Province, this paper takes the new generation of migrant workers in Liaoning Province as the research object, from the time spent, employment information access and quantity. The evaluation of the obtained employment information and the participation of trade unions describe the employment ability of the new generation of migrant workers. This paper analyzes the influence of the use of mobile Internet on the employment ability of the new generation of migrant workers. The employment ability is expressed as four variables: employment cost, social network, rights and interests maintenance and access to employment information, using tobit. Negative binomial regression logistic and ologit regression models are used to test the data. The results show that the use of mobile Internet has a positive impact on the above four aspects of employability. The impact on social networks and rights and interests is significant, the specific performance is that the use of mobile Internet can expand social networks, can help the new generation of migrant workers to enhance their legal awareness, increase their probability of signing labor contracts. Widening the access to employment information, but will increase the cost of employment time. At the same time, the new generation of migrant workers to improve the employability of four suggestions, the government should strengthen the construction of information services. To provide a good basis and guarantee for the new generation of migrant workers employment; Enterprises should change their concepts and take on the social responsibility of helping employment actively; Mobile Internet media should optimize the network environment, maintain the freshness of information, and improve the practicability; The new generation of migrant workers should learn and apply Internet technology on their own.
