【摘要】:近年來,我國的物流體系有了實質(zhì)性的跨越發(fā)展,雖然與西方國家長期的市場管理經(jīng)驗和完善的管理體系相比有一定的差距,但我國物流經(jīng)歷了從無到有、由點到面的發(fā)展過程。信息技術(shù)的廣泛應(yīng)用推動了物流的快速進步,特別是煙草行業(yè)物流體系建設(shè)效果顯著。煙草物流具有明顯的區(qū)域性特征,煙草主要集中于散戶和零售,使煙草的物流量和倉儲量增大,這些特征進一步加劇了煙草物流效率低下的問題,特別是我國的東北地區(qū),HB煙草就是其中的典型代表。HB煙草公司致力建設(shè)現(xiàn)代物流管理體系,在物流管理改革的浪潮中建設(shè)大物流和大配送的現(xiàn)代物流中心,省市公司兩級管理。HB煙草尚沒有建立起完善的專用物流網(wǎng)絡(luò),為了節(jié)約成本,都是借助于其他行業(yè)企業(yè)的倉儲和配送設(shè)施,在運營效率上嚴重阻礙了企業(yè)的發(fā)展。由于傳統(tǒng)觀念和管理工具的影響,HB煙草公司的運營都是在國家統(tǒng)一的制度和政策下實行,雖然具有一套較為完善的現(xiàn)代物流管理平臺,但HB煙草公司安于現(xiàn)狀、創(chuàng)新和信息技術(shù)更新的頻率相對落后、一線配送人員綜合素質(zhì)較低、現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用有限,這些因素極大地制約了煙草物流體系的發(fā)展。因此,探索出一套適合HB煙草物流發(fā)展的方法和體系,以便提升煙草企業(yè)物流管理效率。首先,本文對相關(guān)概念進行了詳細介紹,詳細說明了物流管理和大數(shù)據(jù)的內(nèi)涵,對物流管理理論和物流管理信息化的內(nèi)容進行了全面介紹和說明。對物流管理的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展、內(nèi)涵和方法等相關(guān)內(nèi)容進行介紹,相關(guān)理論和內(nèi)涵的分析有助于為HB煙草物流的優(yōu)化方案提供理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,本文分析了HB煙草公司物流管理的現(xiàn)狀和物流管理存在的問題。發(fā)現(xiàn)HB煙草公司在物流管理體系中存在的實際問題,物流專業(yè)人才缺乏、現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)管理落后、配送線路優(yōu)化不到位、物流運作效率較低四方面的顯著問題,并對HB煙草物流管理體系進行SWOT分析,對其面臨的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會和威脅進行全面評價,提出了物流管理體系優(yōu)化的思路。再次,本文對HB煙草公司物流管理體系優(yōu)化進行設(shè)計。首先明確了在建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化物流管理平臺時應(yīng)該充分考慮大數(shù)據(jù)的新環(huán)境,在建立大數(shù)據(jù)下物流信息系統(tǒng)管理平臺時應(yīng)該遵循系統(tǒng)化、個性化和合理化原則。其次,以物流管理的基本理論和實踐為指導,根據(jù)HB煙草公司的實際情況,提出了組織架構(gòu)優(yōu)化、物流軟件環(huán)境優(yōu)化、物流數(shù)據(jù)化優(yōu)化和業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化四個方面的優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案;诖髷(shù)據(jù)的背景下提出了以數(shù)據(jù)管理為中心的改革方案,有助于煙草公司的長期發(fā)展。最后,制定詳細的物流管理體系評價方法,使用層次分析法和綜合模糊評價方法對煙草物流管理的12個指標進行評價計算,預期在物流管理效果、客戶滿意度和銷售收入等方面均得到明顯改善和提升。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the logistics system of our country has made substantial leaps and bounds. Although there is a certain gap between the long-term market management experience and the perfect management system of western countries, the logistics of our country has experienced from nothing to exist. The extensive application of information technology has promoted the rapid progress of logistics, especially in the tobacco industry logistics system construction effect is remarkable. Tobacco logistics has obvious regional characteristics. Tobacco is mainly concentrated in retail and retail, which increases the flow of goods and storage of tobacco. These characteristics further aggravate the problem of low efficiency of tobacco logistics, especially in the Northeast of China. HB tobacco is one of the typical representatives. HB Tobacco Company is committed to the construction of modern logistics management system in the tide of logistics management reform to build a large logistics and distribution of modern logistics center. The provincial and municipal companies have not established a perfect special logistics network for the two-level management of .HB tobacco. In order to save costs, they all rely on the warehousing and distribution facilities of other industry enterprises. The operation efficiency has seriously hindered the development of enterprises. Because of the influence of traditional concept and management tools, HB tobacco company's operation is carried out under the unified system and policy of the country. Although there is a more perfect modern logistics management platform, HB tobacco company is satisfied with the status quo, innovation and information technology update frequency is relatively backward, the overall quality of first-line distribution personnel is low. The application of modern information technology is limited, these factors greatly restrict the development of tobacco logistics system. Therefore, we explore a set of suitable methods and systems for HB tobacco logistics development. In order to improve the efficiency of logistics management in tobacco enterprises. First of all, this paper introduces the related concepts in detail, and explains the connotation of logistics management and big data in detail. The theory of logistics management and the content of logistics management information are introduced and explained. The production, development, connotation and methods of logistics management are introduced. The analysis of related theory and connotation is helpful to provide the theoretical basis for the optimization of HB tobacco logistics. Secondly. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of logistics management in HB tobacco company, and finds out the actual problems in the logistics management system of HB tobacco company, and the shortage of logistics professionals. Modern information technology management is backward, distribution line optimization is not in place, logistics operation efficiency is low, and HB tobacco logistics management system is analyzed by SWOT, the advantages and disadvantages it faces. Opportunities and threats for a comprehensive evaluation, the logistics management system optimization ideas. Again. This paper designs the optimization of logistics management system of HB tobacco company. Firstly, it is clear that big data's new environment should be fully taken into account in the construction of modern logistics management platform. In the establishment of big data logistics information system management platform should follow the principles of systematization, personalization and rationalization. Secondly, based on the basic theory and practice of logistics management, according to the actual situation of HB tobacco company. The optimization of organization structure and logistics software environment are put forward. Logistics data optimization and business process optimization of four aspects of the optimization design. Based on the background of big data proposed the data management as the center of the reform plan, conducive to the long-term development of tobacco companies. Finally. The detailed evaluation method of logistics management system is established, and the 12 indexes of tobacco logistics management are evaluated and calculated by AHP and comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method, and the effect of logistics management is expected. Customer satisfaction and sales revenue have been significantly improved and improved.
