【摘要】：社會身份和偏見在合作的演化中扮演了重要的角色。文章提出了一種基于標簽機制的空間囚徒困境博弈,以探討身份、偏見和合作的關(guān)系問題。通過引入基于身份相似性的選擇性交互,我們發(fā)現(xiàn),假如個體擁有適度的偏見,高水平的合作就能夠得到支持。無論是過低還是過高的偏見程度都不利于合作的演化,這意味著適度的偏見能為社會中的個體帶來利益。由我們的分析可知,高水平的合作來源于群體異質(zhì)性和群體之間的明確邊界。借由群體異質(zhì)性和群體邊界,種群可以在背叛者侵入某個群體時將之淘汰,防止其進一步腐蝕整個種群。通過引入異質(zhì)的偏見屬性,我們還發(fā)現(xiàn),適度水平的偏見可以在演化過程中得到自然選擇的青睞。因此,文章既可以回答偏見的社會功能問題,又可以解釋偏見從何而來的問題,為我們理解合作演化和人類的身份現(xiàn)象提供新的見解。
[Abstract]:Social identity and prejudice play an important role in the evolution of cooperation. This paper proposes a kind of spatial prisoners' dilemma game based on label mechanism to explore identity. By introducing the selective interaction based on identity similarity, we find that if the individual has a moderate bias. High level of cooperation can be supported. Whether too low or too high degree of prejudice is not conducive to the evolution of cooperation, which means that moderate bias can bring benefits to individuals in society. High levels of cooperation come from group heterogeneity and clear boundaries between groups. By using group heterogeneity and group boundaries, populations can be eliminated when a traitor invades a group. By introducing heterogeneous bias properties, we also find that a moderate level of bias can be favored by natural selection in the course of evolution. This paper can not only answer the question of social function of prejudice, but also explain the origin of prejudice, and provide us with a new understanding of the evolution of cooperation and the phenomenon of human identity.
