【摘要】:隨著電商的崛起,物流貨物中攜帶的易燃易爆等危險品影響物流行業(yè)發(fā)展,同時也威脅著工作人員的安全。X射線在物流貨物安檢系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)得到廣泛利用,但是X射線只能檢測出貨物的形狀,不能確定貨物的分子組成及貨物的種類,更無法對液態(tài)及粉塵類等貨物進行準(zhǔn)確檢測。拉曼光譜儀對于液體及粉塵類危險品的檢測準(zhǔn)確度比傳統(tǒng)的X射線精確,但是拉曼光譜儀只能透過透明或半透明的包裝對貨物進行檢測,再加上現(xiàn)場環(huán)境的影響,會造成光譜儀獲得的被測貨物的現(xiàn)場拉曼光譜圖不夠精確,故使得拉曼光譜儀用于現(xiàn)場物流貨物檢測得不到普及。首先,本文對拉曼光譜圖傳統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)降噪處理算法進行了分析和總結(jié),通過重新設(shè)計數(shù)據(jù)處理部分的降噪閾值函數(shù);其次,在使用小波降噪算法時,利用基于平移不變的小波閾值降噪算法生成的閾值,提高拉曼光譜圖的精度,并且通過仿真驗證了該算法的有效性,從而可將拉曼光譜儀廣泛用于物流貨物危險品檢測中;最后,設(shè)計研究出一套基于X射線檢測裝置和拉曼光譜儀及PLC的物流貨物危險品檢測分揀系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)能夠通過自動分揀出X射線不能準(zhǔn)確檢測的可疑貨物以及能確定的非緊急處理的危險品,對可疑貨物通過拉曼光譜儀進行二次檢測,以確定可疑貨物的成份,進行分類處理。利用電子標(biāo)簽有效完成檢測系統(tǒng)和PLC之間的通信,提高了危險品分揀的效率。系統(tǒng)包括檢測部分、識別部分、分揀部分、監(jiān)控部分和人機界面。用組態(tài)王軟件實現(xiàn)了電子標(biāo)簽閱讀和危險品的自動分揀,測試系統(tǒng)的相關(guān)性能,表明該系統(tǒng)具有一定的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:With the rise of e-commerce, dangerous goods such as flammable and explosive goods carried in logistics goods affect the development of logistics industry. At the same time, it also threatens the safety of staff. X-rays have been widely used in logistics cargo security system. But X-rays can only detect the shape of the goods, not the molecular composition of the goods and the kind of goods. The raman spectrometer is more accurate than the traditional X-ray detection for liquid and dust dangerous goods. However, Raman spectrometer can only detect the goods through transparent or translucent packaging, plus the impact of the field environment, will result in the spectrometer to obtain the measured goods Raman spectrum is not accurate in situ. Therefore, Raman spectrometer is not widely used in field logistics cargo detection. Firstly, this paper analyzes and summarizes the traditional denoising algorithm of Raman spectrum data. By redesigning the denoising threshold function of the data processing part; Secondly, in the use of wavelet denoising algorithm, the threshold generated by wavelet threshold de-noising algorithm based on translation invariant is used to improve the accuracy of Raman spectrum, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by simulation. Thus the Raman spectrometer can be widely used in the detection of dangerous goods in logistics. Finally. This system can automatically sort out suspicious goods which can not be detected accurately by X ray, Raman spectrometer and PLC. The suspicious goods are detected twice by Raman spectrometer in order to determine the components of the suspicious goods and classify them. The communication between the detection system and the PLC is effectively completed by using the electronic label. Improve the efficiency of dangerous goods sorting. The system includes detection part, identification part, sorting part, monitoring part and man-machine interface. Using Kingview software to achieve electronic tag reading and dangerous goods automatic sorting. The correlativity of the system shows that the system has certain application value.
