【摘要】：隨著北京市城市功能定位轉(zhuǎn)變和高能耗產(chǎn)業(yè)的退出,北京市"十二五"民用建筑節(jié)能規(guī)劃在廣度和深度上已全面拓展。通過深入調(diào)研北京市"十二五"時(shí)期民用建筑節(jié)能工作任務(wù)完成情況,構(gòu)建北京市"十二五"民用建筑節(jié)能規(guī)劃實(shí)施效果評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,采用模糊綜合評價(jià)法評價(jià)北京市民用建筑節(jié)能規(guī)劃的實(shí)施效果并分析規(guī)劃實(shí)施過程中存在的問題,為北京市民用建筑節(jié)能工作提出對策建議,以期對北京市制定"十三五"民用建筑節(jié)能規(guī)劃提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of Beijing's urban function orientation and the withdrawal of high-energy consumption industries. Beijing's 12th Five-Year Plan for Energy Conservation of Civil buildings has been expanded in breadth and depth. Through in-depth investigation of the completion of civil building energy conservation tasks during the 12th Five-Year Plan period in Beijing. To construct the evaluation index system of the implementation effect of the 12th Five-Year Plan of civil building energy conservation in Beijing. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the effect of energy saving planning of civil buildings in Beijing and the problems existing in the implementation of the planning are analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the energy conservation work of civil buildings in Beijing. With a view to Beijing to formulate the "third five-year" civil building energy-saving planning to provide a reference.
