【摘要】：西方發(fā)達(dá)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實踐表明,服務(wù)業(yè)與城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程有著高度的相關(guān)性。改革開放30年來,我國城鎮(zhèn)化和服務(wù)業(yè)水平均有顯著的提高,但我國城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程在相當(dāng)長的一段時間主要以工業(yè)為主導(dǎo),服務(wù)業(yè)對城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程發(fā)揮的作用有限,且從總體上來看我國城鎮(zhèn)化和服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展仍滯后于社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。吉林省作為我國的農(nóng)業(yè)大省,城鎮(zhèn)化和服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平與我國發(fā)達(dá)省市還有一定差距。依托于東北老工業(yè)基地的發(fā)展,吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程起步較早,發(fā)展水平較高。但近年來,失去了工業(yè)化的支持,城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程缺乏后續(xù)動力;而服務(wù)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展則逐漸彌補(bǔ)這一問題,成為吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程新的動力。吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)雖然發(fā)展迅速,但是仍存在地區(qū)發(fā)展不平衡、結(jié)構(gòu)失衡等問題,這也制約了服務(wù)業(yè)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。當(dāng)前新形勢下,吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程正處于加速推進(jìn)階段,服務(wù)業(yè)也面臨著前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。通過深入研究二者的關(guān)系,可以為推動吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程、促進(jìn)社會經(jīng)濟(jì)健康發(fā)展、加快產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級提供理論支持。論文在總結(jié)現(xiàn)有的文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,基于吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)和城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,理論與實證研究結(jié)合,深入討論和分析吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)和城鎮(zhèn)化內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,旨在為吉林省為服務(wù)業(yè)健康發(fā)展帶動城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級、打造以長春為核心的吉林省城市群提供參考對策。論文主要由六章組成:第1章,論述研究背景、研究意義、研究方法、研究思路與研究框架、國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究綜述、可能創(chuàng)新與不足之處;第2章,分析服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)理論、城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程相關(guān)理論、服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的關(guān)系;第3章,分析吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展、吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程、吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的關(guān)系,其中,深入分析了吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程存在的問題及其原因;第4章,在前文研究的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行實證分析。通過建立誤差修正模型來實證分析吉林省城鎮(zhèn)化率和服務(wù)業(yè)比重這兩個時間序列之間的短期波動和長期均衡關(guān)系;第5章,利用市級層面的數(shù)據(jù)建立面板數(shù)據(jù)模型,對吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的關(guān)系進(jìn)一步的進(jìn)行實證研究;第6章,結(jié)合前文的論述和實證,提出促進(jìn)吉林省服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的政策建議,即優(yōu)化服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),提升服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展質(zhì)量;營造良好的服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境;培育服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展新形態(tài)。本文的主要創(chuàng)新點在于針對于之前研究文獻(xiàn)用單一指標(biāo)來衡量城鎮(zhèn)化水平,從而造成城鎮(zhèn)化水平的測度出現(xiàn)偏差,使得研究結(jié)果有偏誤,本文構(gòu)造了一個指標(biāo)體系來全面的衡量城鎮(zhèn)化水平,使得研究結(jié)果更加有意義;當(dāng)然由于個人能力有限,本文研究有待進(jìn)一步的深入。
[Abstract]:Practice shows that the economic development of western developed countries, there is a high correlation between service industry and urbanization. In the 30 years of reform and opening up, China's urbanization and service levels were significantly increased, but the process of urbanization in China for quite a long period of time is mainly dominated by industry, the service industry of urbanization the process plays a limited role, from the overall development and the development of China's urbanization and service industry still lags behind the social economy. Jilin Province as a major agricultural province in China, the urbanization and the development level of service industry in China and developed provinces and cities still have certain difference. Based on the development of old industrial base in Northeast China. The process of urbanization in Jilin province started earlier, higher level of development. But in recent years, lost the support of industrialization, urbanization and the lack of follow-up power; the rapid development of the service industry gradually make up for this problem, a town of Jilin Province The dynamic process of the new service industry in Jilin province. Although the rapid development, but there still exists the imbalance in regional development, structural imbalance, which restricts the further development of the service industry. Under the new situation, the process of urbanization in Jilin province is in the accelerating stage, service industry is facing development opportunities through hitherto unknown. To study the relationship between the two, can promote the process of urbanization in Jilin Province, to promote the healthy development of social economy, accelerate the upgrading of industrial structure to provide theoretical support. Based on summarizing the existing literature on the status of the service industry and the development of urbanization in Jilin Province Based on the theoretical and empirical research combined, in-depth discussion and analysis the inner link of service industry in Jilin province and cities and towns, to Jilin province for the healthy development of service industry to promote the process of urbanization, promote the upgrading of the industrial structure, build a city in Jilin Province as the core of the Changchun The group provides references. The thesis consists of six chapters: the first chapter discusses the research background, research significance, research methods, research ideas and research framework, the domestic and foreign related research, innovation and inadequacies; the second chapter, analysis of theory relevant to the development of service industry, urbanization theory, the relationship between the development of service industry and the process of urbanization; the third chapter analyzes the development of service industry in Jilin Province, Jilin Province, the urbanization process, the development of the service industry in Jilin province and the process of urbanization, analyzes deeply the existing development of service industry in Jilin province and urbanization problems and reasons; the fourth chapter, on the basis of previous studies, for empirical analysis. By establishing the error correction model to empirical analysis between the proportion of the urbanization rate of Jilin province and the service industry of the two time series of short-term fluctuation and long-term equilibrium relationship; the fifth chapter, the use of municipal level data. Vertical panel data model, relationship of service industry in Jilin province and urbanization process for further empirical research; the sixth chapter, based on the above discussion and empirical analysis, put forward to promote the development of service industry in Jilin province and urbanization policy recommendations, namely the service industry to optimize the industrial structure, promote the development of the service industry to create a good service quality; industry development environment; cultivate the development of service industry in new forms. The main innovation of this paper is to study the literature before the needle with a single index to measure the level of urbanization, resulting in the measure of the urbanization level deviation, the research results are error, this paper constructs a comprehensive index system to measure the level of urbanization. Which makes the results more meaningful; of course, because the individual ability is limited, this paper studies deeply.
