【摘要】:本文主要測度以貿(mào)易為主的國際RD溢出與本國技術(shù)進(jìn)步的關(guān)系,利用"經(jīng)濟(jì)距離"和"地理距離"結(jié)合的方法測度國際RD溢出權(quán)重是本文的核心創(chuàng)新點,同時在實證模型中加入本國RD資本變量和人力資本變量共同測度對全要素生產(chǎn)率及其分解指數(shù)的影響是本文的實證核心。理論上,從貿(mào)易相關(guān)的國際RD溢出效應(yīng)入手,提出國與國之間不僅可以通過外商直接投資產(chǎn)生RD溢出效應(yīng),同樣可以通過國與國之間的貿(mào)易往來達(dá)到RD溢出的效果。接著本文提出"貿(mào)易回合"的具體形成機(jī)制,并且將國與國"經(jīng)濟(jì)距離"與"地理距離"相結(jié)合作為國際RD溢出的測度依據(jù)。實證上,本文截取2000~2012年的面板數(shù)據(jù),從我國東中西三大地區(qū)中各選7個代表性的省份,分別考慮G-7國家(RD投資占OECD國家的比重一直保持在77%以上)與各個省份的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易數(shù)據(jù),用以測度國際貿(mào)易關(guān)系。首先,本文基于Coe和Helpman的經(jīng)典模型擴(kuò)展實證新模型,加入了人力資本變量;接著,利用四種方法測算國外RD溢出資本,發(fā)現(xiàn)本文提出的將"經(jīng)濟(jì)距離"與"地理距離"結(jié)合的方法同樣可以真實反映國外RD溢出資本;最后,通過面板數(shù)據(jù)回歸模型實證研究本國RD資本、國外RD溢出資本和人力資本對TFP及其分解指數(shù)的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)國內(nèi)RD資本和國外RD溢出資本能促進(jìn)全要素生產(chǎn)率的增長;而人力資本對全要素生產(chǎn)率的影響是負(fù)面的,主要原因可能是由目前我國高技術(shù)人才的外流,在校大學(xué)生的高飽和現(xiàn)象,以及人力資本的不合理配置造成的。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly measures the relationship between international R D spillovers based on trade and the technological progress of our country. The key innovation of this paper is to measure the weight of international R D spillovers by using the combination of "economic distance" and "geographical distance". At the same time, it is the core of this paper to add the domestic R D capital variable and human capital variable together to measure the total factor productivity and its decomposition index in the empirical model. Starting from the international R D spillover effects related to trade, it is proposed that not only can countries produce R D spillover effects through foreign direct investment (FDI). It can also achieve the effect of Rd spillover through the trade exchanges between countries. Then this paper puts forward the specific formation mechanism of "trade round". And the combination of "economic distance" and "geographical distance" between countries as the measurement basis of international R D spillover. Empirically, this paper intercepts the panel data from 2000 to 2012. Choose 7 representative provinces from each of the three major regions in the east, west and west of our country. Consider the G-7 countries R D investment in the proportion of OECD countries has been maintained at more than 77%) and the import and export trade data of various provinces to measure international trade relations. First of all. Based on the classical model of Coe and Helpman, this paper extends the new empirical model and adds the human capital variable. Then, using four methods to measure the foreign R D spillover capital, it is found that the combination of "economic distance" and "geographical distance" in this paper can reflect the foreign R D spillover capital. Finally, through panel data regression model, empirical research on the impact of domestic R D capital, foreign R D spillover capital and human capital on TFP and its decomposition index. It is found that domestic R D capital and foreign R D spillover capital can promote the growth of TFP. The influence of human capital on total factor productivity is negative, which may be caused by the outflow of high-tech talents, the phenomenon of high saturation of college students, and the unreasonable allocation of human capital.
