【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,全球化經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易的往來(lái)越來(lái)越密切,在全球化貿(mào)易過(guò)程中,大都數(shù)運(yùn)輸方式都是通過(guò)海上運(yùn)輸進(jìn)行交易,港口在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中扮演的角色越來(lái)越重要,港口對(duì)于港口城市而言就是一個(gè)發(fā)展的推動(dòng)力,城市能夠給港口提供經(jīng)濟(jì)腹地、市場(chǎng)等資源,因此,港口和城市之間的關(guān)系應(yīng)該是相互幫助、共同發(fā)展,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)雙贏的結(jié)果。在這樣的背景條件下,對(duì)港口和城市之間的一體化發(fā)展程度進(jìn)行研究分析,有利于了解港城發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,以便于及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題作出調(diào)整。本文是對(duì)南京市和南京港的一體化發(fā)展進(jìn)程進(jìn)行的研究分析。本文主要分為定性研究和定量研究?jī)蓚�(gè)方面。定性研究主要是通過(guò)研究大量參考書(shū)籍、文獻(xiàn),闡述港口、港口城市以及他們之間的一體化進(jìn)程發(fā)展關(guān)系,并歸納出港城一體化進(jìn)程分為初始、共進(jìn)、磨合、協(xié)調(diào)四個(gè)階段。然后從經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、空間布局三個(gè)層面介紹了港城一體化的具體表現(xiàn)形式,最后從市場(chǎng)、交通、產(chǎn)業(yè)、制度四個(gè)方面分析了下港城一體化的發(fā)展模式。定量方面,首先分析比較不同評(píng)價(jià)體系之間的區(qū)別和優(yōu)勢(shì),然后介紹本文采用的協(xié)調(diào)度發(fā)展模型和主成分分析法,接著對(duì)南京市和南京港的情況做了簡(jiǎn)要的介紹和分析,并運(yùn)用以上研究方法對(duì)南京港城近十年的一體化發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析。通過(guò)評(píng)價(jià)和分析可以看出近幾年南京的港城一體化發(fā)展水平處于優(yōu)質(zhì)發(fā)展階段,但還存在一定的改進(jìn)空間,最后分析了四個(gè)著名港口城市的發(fā)展情況作為案例分析,得出結(jié)論并結(jié)合南京港城自身情況提出了改進(jìn)意見(jiàn),為南京港城一體化的發(fā)展提供更好地參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of world economy, the globalization of economic and trade exchanges more closely, in the trade globalization process, most modes of transport are traded through sea transportation, port plays in the process of economic development plays an increasingly important role, the port is a driving force for the development of the port city, the port city to provide economic hinterland, market resources, therefore, the relationship between the port and the city should help each other, common development, and ultimately achieve a win-win results. Under this background, the research and analysis of the integrated development between the port and the city, is conducive to the understanding of the development status of the city, to facilitate the timely detection of problems to make an adjustment. This paper is analysis of the process of integration development of Nanjing city and the port of Nanjing. This paper is mainly divided into qualitative research and quantitative research in two aspects The research is mainly qualitative. By studying a large number of reference books, literature, expounds the relationship between port and port city integration between them, and summed up the city integration process is divided into initial, for running, coordinated four stages. Then from the three aspects of economic, social, spatial layout introduces specific forms of City integration finally, from the market, traffic, industry, the four aspects of the system analysis of the development mode of city integration. Quantitatively, first analyzes the difference and advantage between different evaluation system, and then introduces the coordination development model and using principal component analysis method, then the city of Nanjing and the port of Nanjing to do brief introduction and analysis, and use the above research methods of Nanjing city integration development in recent ten years were analyzed. Through the evaluation and analysis can be seen in recent years The development level of city integration in Nanjing in the high stage of development, but there is certainly room for improvement, finally analyzes the development situation of four famous port city as a case study to draw conclusions and combined with the Nanjing city itself proposes suggestions for the better development of Nanjing port city integration to provide reference.
