【摘要】:目前在倉儲(chǔ)管理領(lǐng)域中,對(duì)于電子商務(wù)配送中心內(nèi)小件揀選模式的相關(guān)理論較少,而本文正好結(jié)合了當(dāng)今最先進(jìn)的物流設(shè)備技術(shù),提出自動(dòng)化程度較高的貨到人揀選理論,對(duì)該相關(guān)理論的后續(xù)發(fā)展有一定的借鑒作用,而另一方面隨著電子商務(wù)高速發(fā)展,訂單揀選成為了整個(gè)倉儲(chǔ)配送環(huán)節(jié)中的瓶頸,而運(yùn)用該理論可提高揀選效率和準(zhǔn)確性,以及縮減作業(yè)人數(shù),從而縮短物流時(shí)間和降低物流成本,并提高客戶的購物體驗(yàn)。本文以A公司配送中心作為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)該配送中心內(nèi)的小件揀選所存在的三個(gè)問題進(jìn)行深度研究,這三個(gè)問題分別是人工揀選效率低,貨品外包裝不規(guī)范,人工合單困難。首先分析影響人工揀選效率低的因素,其主要因素為揀選行走時(shí)間,空箱回收以及人員流動(dòng)率,通過采用自動(dòng)化揀選方法節(jié)省行走時(shí)間,并對(duì)空箱自動(dòng)回收,實(shí)現(xiàn)簡(jiǎn)單操作,經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足的臨時(shí)工也可準(zhǔn)確完成揀選任務(wù),從而提高揀選效率。然后分析影響貨品外包裝不規(guī)范的因素,其主要因素為貨品屬性以及物流運(yùn)輸,通過采用在入庫階段更換為統(tǒng)一塑料箱以及采用SRP包裝技術(shù),來統(tǒng)一外包規(guī)格并提高換箱效率。最后分析影響人工合單困難的因素,其主要因素為長(zhǎng)尾訂單的完成時(shí)間,合單分拆作業(yè)面積以及跨區(qū)合單隨機(jī)性,通過采用自動(dòng)化合單策略加快長(zhǎng)尾訂單完成時(shí)間,減少合單分拆作業(yè)面積,降低跨區(qū)合單隨機(jī)性,從而提高合單效率。
[Abstract]:At present, in the field of warehousing management, there are few related theories about the small-piece selection model in E-commerce distribution center, and this paper combines the most advanced logistics equipment technology. Put forward a high degree of automation of cargo picking theory, which has a certain reference for the subsequent development of the relevant theory, on the other hand, with the rapid development of e-commerce. Order picking has become the bottleneck in the whole warehousing and distribution process, and the application of this theory can improve the efficiency and accuracy of sorting, and reduce the number of operations, thus shortening the logistics time and reducing logistics costs. And improve the customer's shopping experience. This paper takes company A distribution center as the research object, aiming at the three problems in the distribution center. These three problems are the low efficiency of manual sorting, the non-standard packaging of goods, and the difficulty of manual sorting. Firstly, the factors affecting the low efficiency of manual sorting are analyzed, and the main factor is the walking time. Empty box recovery and staff flow rate, through the use of automatic picking method to save walking time, and empty box automatic recovery to achieve simple operation, lack of experience of temporary workers can also accurately complete the sorting task. In order to improve the efficiency of sorting. Then analyze the factors that affect the non-standard packaging of goods, the main factors are the properties of goods and logistics transportation. In order to unify the outsourcing specification and improve the efficiency of changing the box, the paper uses the unified plastic box in the storage stage and the SRP packaging technology. Finally, the factors that affect the difficulty of manual packing are analyzed. The main factors are the completion time of long tail order, the area of single split operation and the randomness of cross area single order. By adopting automatic single closing strategy to speed up the completion time of long tail order, the area of single split operation is reduced. Reduce the randomness of cross-area single-order, thus improve the efficiency of single-matching.
