【摘要】：石羊河流域是流域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究的重點(diǎn)區(qū)域之一。為找出流域城鎮(zhèn)化用地空間擴(kuò)展的機(jī)理,從社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、區(qū)位交通、生態(tài)約束出發(fā),開(kāi)展了城鎮(zhèn)空間擴(kuò)展用地評(píng)價(jià)與預(yù)測(cè)研究。首先,利用改進(jìn)的土地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)方法,找出城鎮(zhèn)擴(kuò)展可能性和各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)適宜性高值區(qū)的空間格局,發(fā)現(xiàn)其主要位于流域中部綠洲生態(tài)功能區(qū),沿G30高速公路和312國(guó)道分布,以縣城/城區(qū)為中心呈星形擴(kuò)散。然后,利用經(jīng)過(guò)精度檢驗(yàn)的土地轉(zhuǎn)化模型(LTM),在適宜性評(píng)價(jià)因子的基礎(chǔ)上模擬城鎮(zhèn)擴(kuò)張。結(jié)果表明:涼州區(qū)和金川區(qū)為流域發(fā)展的"兩核",312國(guó)道天祝至永昌段、211省道涼州至民勤段、212省道永昌至金川段為流域發(fā)展的"三帶"。上述結(jié)果可為政府制定流域發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供參考。
[Abstract]:Shiyang River Basin is one of the key areas in the study of sustainable economic and social development. In order to find out the mechanism of spatial expansion of urbanization land in the basin, it starts from social economy, location traffic and ecological constraints. Firstly, using the improved land suitability evaluation method to find out the possibility of urban expansion and the spatial pattern of high-value areas of township suitability. It is found that it is mainly located in the oasis ecological function area in the middle of the basin. It is distributed along G30 Expressway and 312 National Highway, with the county / urban area as the center of star diffusion. Then. Based on the suitability evaluation factor, the land transformation model is used to simulate urban expansion. The results show that Liangzhou District and Jinchuan District are the "two cores" of watershed development. The section from Yongchang to Jinchuan is the "three zones" of watershed development. The above results can be used as a reference for the government to formulate the watershed development plan.
