【摘要】：使用CGSS(2013)數(shù)據(jù),利用有序Probit模型定量檢驗(yàn)非正規(guī)就業(yè)對(duì)居民社會(huì)公平認(rèn)知的影響,然后從權(quán)利公平、機(jī)會(huì)公平和規(guī)則公平角度考察非正規(guī)就業(yè)影響居民社會(huì)公平認(rèn)知的傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):非正規(guī)就業(yè)是影響居民社會(huì)公平認(rèn)知的重要因素,如果居民從事非正規(guī)就業(yè),那么他們對(duì)社會(huì)總體公平程度的評(píng)價(jià)會(huì)顯著偏低。非正規(guī)就業(yè)對(duì)男性居民社會(huì)公平認(rèn)知造成的損失大于女性居民,對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)居民社會(huì)公平認(rèn)知造成的損失大于農(nóng)村居民。非正規(guī)就業(yè)通過(guò)降低居民權(quán)利公平認(rèn)知、機(jī)會(huì)公平認(rèn)知以及規(guī)則公平認(rèn)知,進(jìn)一步降低了居民對(duì)社會(huì)總體公平程度的認(rèn)知。
[Abstract]:Using CGSS (2013) data, we quantitatively test the influence of informal employment on Residents' social justice cognition by using ordered Probit model, and then investigate the transmission mechanism of informal employment affecting residents' social justice cognition from the perspective of right equity, opportunity justice and rule fairness. It is found that informal employment is an important factor that affects the cognition of residents' social equity. If residents engage in informal employment, their evaluation of the overall fairness level of society will be significantly lower. The loss from informal employment to male residents' cognition of social equity is greater than that of female residents, and the loss to urban residents' social justice is greater than that of rural residents. The informal employment reduces residents' perception of the overall fairness of the society by reducing the cognition of residents' right equity, the cognition of opportunity fairness and rule fairness.
