【摘要】：21世紀(jì)是科技的時代,是企業(yè)競爭日益激烈的世紀(jì),中國和世界各國都開始提倡科學(xué)發(fā)展,越來越多的企業(yè)都開始邁入了科學(xué)發(fā)展模式,以促進經(jīng)濟又好又快的發(fā)展,也開始越來越注重對環(huán)境和對資源的保護,福建金東礦業(yè)公司也搭上了時代的列車,為了實現(xiàn)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展模式,先后進行了一系列的研究。本論文闡述了選擇循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式作為研究方向的背景和意義,主要是通過研究金東公司綠色礦山循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式,歸納出一套較為系統(tǒng)、完善、合理的可借鑒的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟模式。本文首先從宏觀上概括了論文的研究背景、研究內(nèi)容、介紹了研究方法、研究思路,并作出研究路線圖,同時重點分析了礦山循環(huán)經(jīng)濟在國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀;然后闡述綠色礦山的相關(guān)理論和評價體系的建立,包括循環(huán)經(jīng)濟理論、層次分析法、模糊綜合評價法,為后續(xù)建立研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ);繼而通過對福建金東礦業(yè)公司實地調(diào)研的結(jié)果,梳理福建金東礦業(yè)公司循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展模式,找出該公司發(fā)展模式的優(yōu)勢及尚未解決的主要問題;根據(jù)福建金東礦業(yè)公司循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展存在的主要問題與相關(guān)評價指標(biāo)建立福建金東礦業(yè)公司循環(huán)經(jīng)濟評價指標(biāo)庫,并運用層次分析法,構(gòu)建循環(huán)經(jīng)濟評價指標(biāo)體系;利用構(gòu)建的福建金東礦業(yè)公司循環(huán)經(jīng)濟評價指標(biāo)體系,采用模糊綜合評價法,對福建金東公司的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進行實證評價;最后,對分析結(jié)果進行總結(jié)和討論,得出目前金東公司的循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展處于成熟階段,該模式值得借鑒,爭取做到鉛鋅采選行業(yè)的標(biāo)桿,對此提出促進綠色礦山企業(yè)循環(huán)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的建議和措施,以及一些尚未解決需要其他學(xué)者解決的問題。
[Abstract]:The twenty-first Century is the era of science and technology enterprises is increasingly fierce competition in the China century, all countries in the world and began to promote the development of science, more and more enterprises have been entered into the mode of scientific development, to promote sound and rapid economic development, also began to pay more attention to the environment and the protection of natural resources, Fujian has also made Jindong mineral company the train times, in order to achieve the recycling economy development model, has carried out a series of studies. This paper expounds the background and significance of choosing circular economy development mode as the research direction, mainly through studying the development mode of Jindong green mining circular economy, and concludes a set of systematic, perfect and reasonable circular economy mode that can be used for reference. This paper firstly summarizes the research background, research contents, research methods and research ideas are introduced, and make a research roadmap, and focuses on the analysis of the current situation of mine circular economy at home and abroad; then introduced related theory of green mining and evaluation system, including the analysis of circular economy theory, AHP and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, establish the research lay the theoretical foundation for the follow-up; and then through the field survey of the Fujian Jindong mineral company, Fujian Jindong mineral company combing development model of circular economy, to find out the mode of development of the company's advantages and main problems of Jindong mineral company; Fujian circular economy evaluation index is established according to the main problems existing in the development of library the circular economy in Fujian Jindong mineral company and related evaluation indicators, and using the analytic hierarchy process, the construction of circular economy The evaluation index system is constructed; Fujian Jindong mineral company of circular economy evaluation index system, using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, empirical evaluation of circular economy development of Fujian Jindong company; finally, the results of the analysis were summarized and discussed, the current development of circular economy in Jindong company at the mature stage, the model is worth learning, and strive to achieve lead-zinc mining industry benchmark, puts forward suggestions and measures to promote the development of circular economy of green mines, and some unsolved problems to other scholars.
