【摘要】：二十一世紀以來,勞動關(guān)系理論研究出現(xiàn)了一個新的趨向,即一系列新的理論都呈現(xiàn)出包容性的特點。本文通過梳理改良型、重構(gòu)型和整合型三類新理論,對包容式的理論構(gòu)建方法與勞動關(guān)系理論缺乏解釋性的問題進行了批判性的分析。本文認為,包容式的分析框架雖然能夠融合更多的理論,打破傳統(tǒng)的以意識形態(tài)作為分野的理論排斥性,但仍舊沒有擺脫多元主義理論的影響。重描述、輕解釋的問題仍舊沒有得到有效的解決。
[Abstract]:Since twenty-first Century, there has been a new trend in the study of the theory of labor relations, that is, a series of new theories have shown the characteristics of inclusiveness. By combing the three new theories of improvement, reconstruction and integration, this paper makes a critical analysis of the theory of containment construction and the lack of explanatory issues in labor relations theory. This paper holds that the inclusive analytical framework can integrate more theories and break the traditional theory exclusion with ideology as a dividing line, but still has no way out of the influence of pluralism theory. The problems of heavy description and light interpretation are still not effectively solved.
