【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化的核心是人的城鎮(zhèn)化,人的城鎮(zhèn)化關(guān)鍵在教育。人的城鎮(zhèn)化過(guò)程,即人的轉(zhuǎn)移與集聚、人的就業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變、人的身份轉(zhuǎn)化與社會(huì)融入、人的公平正義與社會(huì)權(quán)益四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都同教育發(fā)生交互作用,對(duì)教育產(chǎn)生影響,而教育也在人的城鎮(zhèn)化過(guò)程中,發(fā)揮相應(yīng)的集聚作用、支撐作用、塑造作用、引領(lǐng)作用和示范作用。
[Abstract]:The core of urbanization is the urbanization of people, and the key to the urbanization of people is education. The process of urbanization, namely the transfer and agglomeration, identity transformation and social employment change, human integration, human rights and social justice are four aspects of the same education interact, have an impact on education, and education in the urbanization process, play a role of agglomeration, the corresponding supporting role, shaping effect, leading and exemplary role.
