【摘要】：自雇是世界各國(guó)常見(jiàn)的勞動(dòng)力就業(yè)形式,但關(guān)于這種就業(yè)方式發(fā)展規(guī)律的研究卻相對(duì)較少。根據(jù)分析OECD發(fā)布的發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家自雇數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合有關(guān)歷史背景資料,能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)北美、歐洲以及亞洲地區(qū)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家自雇的特點(diǎn),這些發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家自雇既具有一般普遍規(guī)律,即隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的提高,自雇率會(huì)逐漸降低,也有個(gè)別國(guó)家在特殊情況下自雇率波動(dòng)會(huì)有所例外。當(dāng)前,自雇幾乎遍布中國(guó)所有城市的大街小巷,既方便了城市生活,也給城市秩序帶來(lái)一定干擾。了解和借鑒發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的自雇發(fā)展規(guī)律,有助于正確認(rèn)識(shí)中國(guó)自雇的發(fā)展規(guī)律,并在治理自雇時(shí)給予適當(dāng)建議。
[Abstract]:Self employment is a common form of labor employment in the world, but the research on the law of the development of this mode of employment is relatively small. According to the analysis of OECD in developed countries released self employment data, combined with the historical background, can find the characteristics of self employment in developed countries in North America, Europe and Asia, these developed countries self employment not only has the general common law, namely, with the economic development level, the self employment rate will be gradually reduced, there are also individual countries in particular under the condition of self employment volatility will be an exception. At present, self employment is almost all over the streets and alleys of all cities in China, which not only facilitates the life of the city, but also brings some disturbance to the urban order. To understand and learn from the law of self-employed development in developed countries, it is helpful to correctly understand the law of self-employed development in China and give appropriate suggestions when controlling self employment.
