【摘要】：社會正悄然發(fā)生變化,漸漸地由工業(yè)化向信息化時代邁進。進行信息化的建設(shè)對于促進經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展和加強城市自身建設(shè)都具有非常重要的意義。一個城市經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展過程中的非常顯著的特征就是信息化,信息質(zhì)量、信息資源的整合利用和信息在傳送過程中的速度和規(guī)模在很大程度上決定了一個城市的經(jīng)濟和社會的發(fā)展水平以及未來發(fā)展的所具備的潛力。信息化的建設(shè)已儼然成為一個城市爭得經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會發(fā)展上的關(guān)鍵。怎樣進一步去適應(yīng)新的發(fā)展形勢,著眼于新的發(fā)展方向,立足于新的需求和新的任務(wù),落實信息化建設(shè)的管理措施,重新審視信息化的發(fā)展方向,爭取宣城市信息化建設(shè)大的發(fā)展。當今時代,信息化在國民經(jīng)濟中的地位越來越高,對地方經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展的產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響。信息資源已經(jīng)演變成為無形的寶藏、重要的社會財富。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的成熟,各種思想文化利用該技術(shù)相互影響、相互發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)成為信息資源和技術(shù)傳播的新載體。本文將宣城市信息化建設(shè)的問題作為研究重點,嘗試通過深程度的分析與探索,找出宣城市信息化發(fā)展的難點,并給出針對性的建議。文章先是理清了信息化建設(shè)的基本涵義與特征,審視了信息化對當?shù)爻鞘薪ㄔO(shè)發(fā)展帶來的發(fā)展機遇與挑戰(zhàn),探討信息化建設(shè)所面臨的困難以及這些困難產(chǎn)生的原因,摸索和學(xué)習(xí)國內(nèi)外使用信息化技術(shù)來提升城市發(fā)展的先進經(jīng)驗,結(jié)合宣城市信息化建設(shè)實際情況,提出幾點提升信息化建設(shè)的建議。本文從實施信息化建設(shè)的重要意義、國內(nèi)外對信息化建設(shè)研究現(xiàn)狀、信息化相關(guān)概念、宣城市信息化建設(shè)情況等不同的視角,并通過信息化水平的測度指標體系對宣城市信息化建設(shè)進行客觀的評價,分析出宣城市信息化建設(shè)發(fā)展過程中所存在的若干問題,在理論與實踐方面提出了自己的看法。
[Abstract]:The society is changing quietly, gradually from industrialization to the information age. The construction of information is of great significance for promoting the economic and social development and strengthening the construction of the city itself. The most striking features of a city's economic and social development in the process of information, information quality, information resources integration and utilization of information in the process of transmission speed and scale to a large extent determines the development level of a city's economy and society and the future development of the potential. The construction of information has become the key to the economic development and social development of a city. How to further adapt to the new development situation, focus on the new direction of development, based on the new needs and new tasks, implement the management measures of information construction, re-examine the direction of information development, and strive for the great development of information technology in Xuancheng. In today's era, the status of information in the national economy is becoming more and more high and has a profound impact on the development of local economy. Information resources have evolved into invisible treasure and important social wealth. With the maturity of Internet technology, various ideas and cultures use the technology to interact with each other and develop each other. The Internet has become a new carrier of information resources and technology communication. This paper focuses on the issue of information construction in Xuancheng, and tries to find out the difficulties of information development in Xuancheng through deep analysis and exploration, and gives some specific suggestions. The first is to clarify the basic connotation and characteristics of information construction, examines the opportunities and challenges of information brought to the local city construction and development of the information construction of the difficulties faced and the reasons resulting in these difficulties, the exploration and study of domestic and foreign advanced experience of using information technology to enhance the city's development, combined with the actual construction of informatization in Xuancheng city the situation, put forward some suggestions to enhance the informatization construction. This article from the implementation of informatization construction significance, domestic and foreign research status of informatization construction, informatization related concepts, Xuancheng city informatization construction situation of different perspective, and through the evaluation index system of informatization level of objective evaluation of the construction of informatization in Xuancheng City, analyzes the existing problems during the development of informatization construction in the city. In the aspects of theory and practice, put forward their own views.
