【摘要】:文章從實(shí)證角度探討了學(xué)術(shù)亞文化因素對(duì)研究生學(xué)術(shù)努力行為的影響作用及影響機(jī)制問(wèn)題,樣本來(lái)自國(guó)內(nèi)某"211工程"高校850名在讀文科碩士研究生。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):學(xué)術(shù)亞文化因素對(duì)研究生學(xué)術(shù)努力行為均具有顯著預(yù)測(cè)作用,學(xué)術(shù)認(rèn)同、學(xué)術(shù)理想在亞文化對(duì)研究生學(xué)術(shù)努力行為的影響中充當(dāng)完全中介作用,即學(xué)術(shù)亞文化環(huán)境對(duì)研究生學(xué)術(shù)努力行為影響完全是通過(guò)學(xué)術(shù)認(rèn)同、學(xué)術(shù)理想傳遞的。
[Abstract]:This paper probes into the influence and mechanism of academic subcultural factors on the academic effort behavior of graduate students from an empirical point of view. The sample comes from 850 graduate students of liberal arts in a "211 project" university in China. It is found that the academic subcultural factors have a significant predictive effect on the academic effort behavior of graduate students, and academic identity and academic ideal play a complete intermediary role in the influence of subculture on the academic effort behavior of graduate students. That is, the influence of academic subcultural environment on graduate students' academic efforts is completely transmitted through academic identity and academic ideal.
