【摘要】：目的分析臨床醫(yī)學(xué)碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生(簡稱"臨床專碩")職業(yè)認(rèn)同與抑郁的關(guān)系,探討社會支持對二者關(guān)系的影響。方法采用職業(yè)認(rèn)同量表、抑郁-焦慮-壓力量表簡體中文版和領(lǐng)悟性社會支持量表對214名2015級臨床專碩進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。結(jié)果臨床專碩抑郁水平在不同性別、年齡、出生地、獨生與否、婚姻狀況、志愿類型及考生類型上的差異,無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);臨床專碩職業(yè)認(rèn)同及領(lǐng)悟社會支持得分與抑郁得分均呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05),職業(yè)認(rèn)同得分與領(lǐng)悟社會支持得分呈正相關(guān)(P0.05);社會支持在臨床專碩職業(yè)認(rèn)同與抑郁關(guān)系中具有調(diào)節(jié)作用(P0.05);領(lǐng)悟社會支持低分組,職業(yè)認(rèn)同對臨床專碩抑郁存在預(yù)測作用(P0.05),領(lǐng)悟社會支持高分組,職業(yè)認(rèn)同對臨床專碩抑郁不存在預(yù)測作用(P0.05)。結(jié)論臨床專碩抑郁水平與其職業(yè)認(rèn)同、社會支持密切相關(guān),在臨床醫(yī)學(xué)教育及住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)過程中應(yīng)予以關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between professional identity and depression of Master of Clinical Medicine (Masters degree in Clinical Medicine), and to explore the influence of social support on the relationship between them. Methods the occupational identity scale, depression-anxiety-stress scale, simplified Chinese version and savvy social support scale were used to investigate 2015 clinical majors. Results there were no significant differences in gender, age, place of birth, unborn or not, marital status, voluntary type and examinee type in clinical major depression (P0.05). The scores of clinical professional identity and perceived social support were negatively correlated with the scores of depression (P0.05), while the scores of professional identity were positively correlated with the score of perceived social support (P0.05). Social support played an important role in regulating the relationship between professional identity and depression (P0.05). The low score of perceived social support, the predictive effect of occupational identity on clinical specialized depression (P0.05), the high score of perceived social support, and the non-predictive effect of occupational identity on clinical specialized depression (P0.05). Conclusion the level of clinical specialized depression is closely related to their professional identity and social support, and should be paid attention to in the course of clinical medical education and standardized training of residents.
