【摘要】： 當(dāng)今知識經(jīng)濟時代,人類開發(fā)活動的中心已從對自然資源的開發(fā)轉(zhuǎn)移到對人才資源的開發(fā),世界各國之間展開的綜合國力競爭,其實質(zhì)是人才素質(zhì)的競爭。研究生教育是高等教育人才培養(yǎng)的最高層次,是我國社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)高層次人才培養(yǎng)的重要來源。大力發(fā)展與完善研究生素質(zhì)教育,為社會提供一大批富于創(chuàng)造才能的高素質(zhì)人才,對于實現(xiàn)科技創(chuàng)新和知識創(chuàng)新,增強我國的綜合國力和國際競爭力具有重要的意義。江澤民同志強調(diào)指出:“思想政治素質(zhì)是最重要的素質(zhì),不斷增強學(xué)生和群眾的愛國主義、集體主義、社會主義思想,是素質(zhì)教育的靈魂”。研究生思想政治教育作為研究生素質(zhì)教育的重要組成部分,在研究生的綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中具有不可替代的作用。因此,在研究生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中加強和改進研究生思想政治教育,具有很強的現(xiàn)實意義。 全文由三個部分組成:第一部分主要界定了研究生綜合素質(zhì)的概念,闡述了研究生綜合素質(zhì)分類及結(jié)構(gòu);第二部分通過分析明確了當(dāng)前思想政治教育在研究生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中的地位,指出思想政治教育對研究生綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)具有引導(dǎo)、開發(fā)、協(xié)調(diào)的功能,并進一步就當(dāng)前研究生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中思想政治教育存在的問題展開分析;第三部分根據(jù)上文對研究生綜合素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中思想政治教育存在的問題分析,有針對性地提出了當(dāng)前思想政治教育存在問題的解決對策,具體體現(xiàn)在以下五個方面:創(chuàng)新研究生思想政治教育理念、完善研究生思想政治教育的主要內(nèi)容、改進研究生思想政治教育的方法、加強研究生思想政治教育隊伍建設(shè)和構(gòu)建研究生思想政治教育的評價指標(biāo)體系。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, in the era of knowledge economy, the center of human development has shifted from the exploitation of natural resources to the exploitation of human resources. The essence of the comprehensive national strength competition among countries in the world is the competition of talent quality. Graduate education is the highest level of personnel training in higher education and an important source of high-level talent training in China's socialist modernization. It is of great significance to develop and perfect the quality education of graduate students and to provide a large number of high-quality talents with creative ability to realize scientific and technological innovation and knowledge innovation and to enhance China's comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness. Comrade Jiang Zemin stressed: "ideological and political quality is the most important quality, and constantly strengthening the patriotism, collectivism, and socialist thinking of students and the masses is the soul of quality-oriented education." As an important part of postgraduate quality education, postgraduates' ideological and political education plays an irreplaceable role in the cultivation of graduate students' comprehensive quality. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of graduate students in the cultivation of their comprehensive qualities. The full text is composed of three parts: the first part mainly defines the concept of graduate students' comprehensive quality, expounds the classification and structure of graduate students' comprehensive quality; The second part clarifies the position of current ideological and political education in the cultivation of graduate students' comprehensive quality, and points out that ideological and political education has the function of guiding, developing and coordinating the cultivation of graduate students' comprehensive quality. And further analyzes the existing problems of ideological and political education in the cultivation of graduate students' comprehensive quality. In the third part, according to the analysis of the problems existing in the ideological and political education in the cultivation of graduate students' comprehensive quality, the author puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems existing in the current ideological and political education. It is embodied in the following five aspects: innovating the idea of ideological and political education of graduate students, perfecting the main contents of ideological and political education of graduate students, and improving the methods of ideological and political education of graduate students. Strengthen the construction of graduate students' ideological and political education team and construct the evaluation index system of graduate students' ideological and political education.
