【摘要】：問卷調(diào)查表明,法學(xué)類碩士研究生希望導(dǎo)師學(xué)術(shù)成就高、為人態(tài)度和藹可親、能定期與自己面對(duì)面交流、輔之以電話和電子郵件指導(dǎo)學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)生希望不僅能跟隨導(dǎo)師學(xué)到專業(yè)知識(shí)和科研方法,而且還能學(xué)會(huì)為人之道。此外,學(xué)生希望導(dǎo)師能在自己就業(yè)或遇到困難時(shí)幫助自己。因此,研究生導(dǎo)師要精進(jìn)學(xué)問,涵養(yǎng)性格,加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生的指導(dǎo),注重言傳身教,積極幫助學(xué)生就業(yè)等。
[Abstract]:The questionnaire shows that the law graduate students hope that their academic achievement is high, their attitude is amiable, they can communicate face to face with themselves regularly, supplemented by telephone and e-mail to guide their study. Students hope not only to follow their mentors to learn professional knowledge and scientific research methods, but also to learn how to be human. In addition, students want mentors to help themselves in the event of employment or difficulties. Therefore, graduate mentors should improve knowledge, cultivate character, strengthen guidance to students, pay attention to preaching, actively help students to obtain employment, and so on.
