研究生知識管理探究

【摘要】: 知識管理源于企業(yè),伴隨著其在企業(yè)的廣泛應(yīng)用,知識管理也開始應(yīng)用到教育中,并不斷的發(fā)展成熟。但是目前教育中關(guān)于知識管理的研究群體主要是教師和大學(xué)生,對研究生知識管理研究甚少,而研究生群體的特殊性決定了研究生知識管理必然也有自己的特殊性。 在本論文中,筆者首先介紹了研究生群體的特點,提出了進(jìn)行研究生知識管理的必要性,進(jìn)而論述了知識管理的基本理論,包括:知識的定義和分類、知識的轉(zhuǎn)化、知識管理的定義和分類等。 筆者通過問卷調(diào)查法和個人訪談法,對目前研究生知識管理狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,然后對問卷和訪談的結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),發(fā)現(xiàn)研究生知識管理中存在很多問題,主要有:研究生知識交流共享過少、沒有交流共享的平臺、未能很好的利用新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介等。但筆者認(rèn)為研究生知識管理中存在的最大問題是沒有知識交流共享的意識,很多研究生甚至把知識視為個人財富,害怕與人交流共享。 針對存在的問題,筆者從文化角度、道德角度和知識的共享機(jī)制角度對研究生知識管理做了思考。研究生知識管理要克服目前的困難,必須努力營造一個以人為本、鼓勵知識交流共享和創(chuàng)新的知識主導(dǎo)型文化環(huán)境,建立“自覺合作”、“自覺交流”、“自覺共享”的價值觀,促進(jìn)研究生主動交流共享與創(chuàng)新知識,進(jìn)而建立學(xué)習(xí)型組織。同時筆者認(rèn)為研究生組織要把激勵的共享機(jī)制和強制共享的制度結(jié)合起來,提出:在對積極交流共享的研究生給予物質(zhì)和精神獎勵的同時,還要把知識的交流和共享當(dāng)作是一種組織義務(wù),組織成員有義務(wù)去積極的交流共享自己的知識,這樣才能實現(xiàn)知識的最大價值。 最后研究生知識管理要有知識交流和共享的平臺,網(wǎng)絡(luò)媒介可以實現(xiàn)這一需求,在眾多的知識管理工具中,博客是最適合于研究生知識管理的工具,博客是一種簡單、經(jīng)濟(jì)且無高技術(shù)要求的知識管理工具,可以通過建立研究生導(dǎo)師博客、研究生個人博客和研究生師生團(tuán)體博客的方法來促進(jìn)研究生之間和研究生與導(dǎo)師之間的知識交流和共享。
[Abstract]:Knowledge management originates from enterprises. With its wide application in enterprises, knowledge management has been applied to education, and it has been continuously developed and matured. However, at present, the research groups of knowledge management in education are mainly teachers and college students. There are few researches on graduate knowledge management, and the particularity of graduate students determines that graduate knowledge management must have its own particularity. In this paper, the author first introduces the characteristics of graduate student group, puts forward the necessity of graduate student knowledge management, and then discusses the basic theory of knowledge management, including: the definition and classification of knowledge, the transformation of knowledge. Definition and classification of knowledge management. By means of questionnaire survey and personal interview, the author investigates the current situation of graduate student knowledge management, and then analyzes and summarizes the results of questionnaire and interview, and finds that there are many problems in graduate knowledge management. There are: graduate knowledge exchange and sharing too little, no exchange and sharing platform, failed to make good use of new network media and so on. However, the author believes that the biggest problem in graduate knowledge management is that there is no awareness of knowledge exchange and sharing. Many graduate students even regard knowledge as personal wealth and fear sharing with others. Aiming at the existing problems, the author thinks about graduate student knowledge management from the angle of culture, morality and knowledge sharing mechanism. In order to overcome the present difficulties, postgraduate knowledge management must strive to create a knowledge-based cultural environment that is people-oriented, encourage knowledge exchange, share and innovate, and establish "conscious cooperation" and "conscious exchange". The value of "conscious sharing" promotes graduate students to exchange and share innovative knowledge actively, and then establish learning organization. At the same time, the author believes that graduate organizations should combine the incentive sharing mechanism with the mandatory sharing system, and put forward that: while giving material and spiritual rewards to graduate students who actively exchange and share, Moreover, the exchange and sharing of knowledge is regarded as an organizational obligation, and the members of the organization have the obligation to actively exchange and share their own knowledge, so as to realize the maximum value of knowledge. Finally, the graduate student knowledge management must have the knowledge exchange and the sharing platform, the network medium may realize this demand, in many knowledge management tools, the blog is the most suitable for graduate student knowledge management tool, the blog is one kind of simple, Knowledge management tools, which are economical and without high technology requirements, can promote the exchange and sharing of knowledge among graduate students and between graduate students and tutors by establishing graduate tutor blogs, graduate student personal blogs and graduate student group blogs.
