【摘要】：通過分析推免制度改革前后西北某省6所重點(diǎn)高校推免生數(shù)量與研究生生源質(zhì)量變化,探討研究生生源質(zhì)量對(duì)西北地區(qū)高校學(xué)科發(fā)展的影響,認(rèn)為現(xiàn)行推免制度加劇了西北地區(qū)優(yōu)秀推免生的外流和研究生生源質(zhì)量的下降,將影響西北地區(qū)高等學(xué)校優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科專業(yè)培養(yǎng)的連續(xù)性,動(dòng)搖學(xué)科發(fā)展的人才基礎(chǔ),削弱科研團(tuán)隊(duì)的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展能力。為此,建議改革現(xiàn)行推免制度,適度增加西北地區(qū)推免生名額,設(shè)置推免生校內(nèi)留用比例,并增加對(duì)西北地區(qū)高校優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科的支持力度,以促進(jìn)西北地區(qū)高校"雙一流"建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the changes of the quantity and quality of graduate students in 6 key universities in Northwest China before and after the reform of the push and exemption system, this paper discusses the influence of the quality of graduate student resources on the discipline development of colleges and universities in Northwest China. It is believed that the current push and exemption system has aggravated the outflow of excellent students and the decline in the quality of graduate students in Northwest China, which will affect the continuity of the training of superior disciplines in institutions of higher learning in Northwest China, and shake the talent base for the development of disciplines. Weaken the innovation and development ability of scientific research team. Therefore, it is suggested to reform the current push-exemption system, appropriately increase the quota of push-free students in Northwest China, set up the retention ratio of push-free students in schools, and increase the support for the dominant disciplines in colleges and universities in Northwest China, so as to promote the construction of "double first-class" colleges and universities in Northwest China.
