【摘要】: 隨著我國成為名副其實的研究生教育大國,研究生思想教育因此浮現(xiàn)許多新熱點,面對許多新問題。大學(xué)作為培養(yǎng)研究生的基地,思想政治教育管理模式?jīng)Q定了研究生教育的質(zhì)量。本文主要通過分析蘭州大學(xué)研究生思想教育模式的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,從創(chuàng)新角度考慮,分析促進研究生思想政治教育管理模式創(chuàng)新的外部動因,試圖對蘭州大學(xué)研究生思想政治教育模式進行重構(gòu),針對研究生成長中遇到的新問題與新特點,嘗試通過調(diào)整、充實研究生思想政治教育工作的思路、內(nèi)容和途徑建立更加有效的管理模式,加強研究生思想政治工作。本文的主要內(nèi)容共分為6個部分。第一部分主要闡述思想政治教育、研究生思想政治教育的含義,以及增強研究生思想政治教育有效性的重要意義。第二部分主要闡述研究生思想政治教育有效性研究的理論依據(jù)和現(xiàn)實依據(jù)。第三部分主要是分析研究生思想政治教育失效的原因分析,為下一步切實增加研究生思想政治教育的有效性提供客觀事實依據(jù)。第四部分主要是研究探討增強研究生思想政治教育有效性的主要舉措。該部分立足于增強研究生思想政治教育的有效性,從明確目標、科學(xué)設(shè)計內(nèi)容、拓展途徑等方面提出了一系列對策,這是本文的最終邏輯歸宿,是本文的創(chuàng)新之處,也是本文實踐價值的重要體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:As China has become a country worthy of the name of graduate education, graduate ideological education has emerged many new hot spots and faced many new problems. As the base of cultivating graduate students, the management mode of ideological and political education determines the quality of graduate education. By analyzing the present situation and existing problems of the mode of postgraduate ideological education in Lanzhou University, this paper analyzes the external motivation of promoting the innovation of the management mode of graduate students' ideological and political education from the angle of innovation. This paper attempts to reconstruct the mode of ideological and political education of graduate students in Lanzhou University, aiming at the new problems and new characteristics encountered in the growth of graduate students, and tries to enrich the ideas of ideological and political education of graduate students through adjustment. Content and ways to establish a more effective management model, strengthen graduate ideological and political work. The main content of this paper is divided into six parts. The first part mainly expounds the meaning of ideological and political education and the significance of enhancing the effectiveness of graduate students' ideological and political education. The second part mainly expounds the theoretical basis and practical basis of the research on the effectiveness of graduate ideological and political education. The third part is to analyze the causes of the failure of the ideological and political education of postgraduates, and to provide an objective factual basis for increasing the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of postgraduates in the next step. The fourth part is to explore the main measures to enhance the effectiveness of graduate ideological and political education. This part is based on strengthening the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of graduate students, and puts forward a series of countermeasures from the aspects of clear objectives, scientific design contents, and expanding ways, which is the ultimate logical end of this paper and the innovation of this paper. It is also an important embodiment of the practical value of this paper.
