擴(kuò)張與穩(wěn)定:我國博士教育規(guī)模之爭——基于1996—2016年國內(nèi)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的分析
[Abstract]:The rapid expansion of the scale of doctoral education in China has triggered a debate in academic circles, which is mainly due to the mishandling of several pairs of contradictions in the development of doctoral education: in the metacognition of doctoral education, Fail to deal with the relationship between traditional academic value and modern application value; In terms of the motive force of the expansion of the scale of doctoral education, the relationship between the plan and the market has not been properly handled, and the relationship between gradual and sudden progress has not been properly dealt with in the speed of the expansion of the scale of the doctoral education. In the path of expanding the scale of doctoral education, the relationship between monism and pluralism can not be handled well, and in the quality assurance after the expansion of the scale of doctoral education, the relationship between sticking to and losing the doctorate education scale can not be handled well. A careful examination of the debate over the scale of doctoral education reveals that the level of social and economic development determines the ideal scale of doctoral education, and whether it can develop according to the ideal scale, and what kind of value orientation and motivation to adopt. By what path and at what speed to develop to the ideal scale, but all rely on realistic institutional and institutional arrangements.
