【摘要】：本文是在河北省研究生就業(yè)情況基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建的評價指標(biāo)體系,通過采用文獻(xiàn)資料分析法、專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、權(quán)值因子判斷表等方法就河北省研究生就業(yè)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行了研究,確定了四個維度及16個評價指標(biāo)(因子),邀請12位相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)＜?就該系統(tǒng)填寫評價權(quán)值因子判斷表,進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析,得出權(quán)重。對于維度下面的指標(biāo),采取專家打分法,每個專家給出建議權(quán)重,計算平均值,然后得出各個指標(biāo)(因子)權(quán)重。本文通過對河北省研究生就業(yè)質(zhì)量評價指標(biāo)體系研究,旨在建立更系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)、符合河北省研究生教育發(fā)展的就業(yè)工作質(zhì)量評價系統(tǒng),可以為河北省研究生就業(yè)工作主管部門評估、指導(dǎo)研究生就業(yè)工作提供切實可行的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on the employment situation of graduate students in Hebei Province, based on the evaluation index system, through the use of literature analysis, expert interviews, questionnaire survey method, This paper studies the employment quality of graduate students in Hebei Province by means of weight factor judgment table, determines four dimensions and 16 evaluation indexes (factors), invites 12 experts in relevant fields, and fills out the evaluation weight factor judgment table on this system. Carries on the statistical analysis, obtains the weight. For the indicators below the dimension, the expert scoring method is adopted. Each expert gives the suggested weight, calculates the average value, and then obtains the weight of each index (factor). Through the research on the evaluation index system of graduate employment quality in Hebei Province, this paper aims to establish a more systematic, scientific and suitable job quality evaluation system for graduate students in Hebei Province. It can be used to evaluate and guide graduate employment in Hebei province.
