我國(guó)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的學(xué)位結(jié)構(gòu)研究

【摘要】: 隨著現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的加快,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)領(lǐng)域正在發(fā)生巨大變革,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式轉(zhuǎn)變,市場(chǎng)對(duì)人才的需求日趨多元,整個(gè)社會(huì)的職業(yè)類型、職業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)都發(fā)生了很大的變化。因此,專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的開辦是我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的客觀需求。從1991年我國(guó)第一個(gè)專業(yè)學(xué)位試辦以來(lái),我國(guó)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大、類型不斷增多,到目前為止,已設(shè)立十九種專業(yè)學(xué)位,且層次結(jié)構(gòu)分明。然而,由于我國(guó)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育起步較晚,在發(fā)展的過(guò)程中難免會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些問(wèn)題,步入一些誤區(qū),所以本研究以“我國(guó)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的學(xué)位結(jié)構(gòu)研究”作為碩士論文的選題,希望能就此問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入的探悉。 本論文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究法和比較研究法,探索我國(guó)專業(yè)學(xué)位結(jié)構(gòu)在發(fā)展過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,以及嘗試性的提出解決存在問(wèn)題的方案。首先,對(duì)專業(yè)學(xué)位結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行的解讀,同時(shí),對(duì)學(xué)術(shù)型學(xué)位與專業(yè)型學(xué)位的不同點(diǎn)進(jìn)行區(qū)分,最終確定把專業(yè)學(xué)位結(jié)構(gòu)的層次結(jié)構(gòu)、科類結(jié)構(gòu)以及分布結(jié)構(gòu)作為本論文研究的對(duì)象。其次,分別對(duì)研究生教育的專業(yè)學(xué)位結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,得出現(xiàn)今我國(guó)專業(yè)學(xué)位層次結(jié)構(gòu)的比例失調(diào)、專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的規(guī)模難以滿足社會(huì)需求、我國(guó)專業(yè)學(xué)位的科類結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)展不均衡等存在的問(wèn)題,并在此基礎(chǔ)上得出產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的根源在于自然環(huán)境和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等客觀條件、專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育缺乏廣泛的社會(huì)認(rèn)可度及專業(yè)學(xué)位教育與勞動(dòng)就業(yè)制度脫節(jié)。最后,筆者將系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)理論運(yùn)用于本研究,同時(shí)借用國(guó)外專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育發(fā)展過(guò)程中先進(jìn)的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),嘗試性地提出了專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生教育的學(xué)位結(jié)構(gòu)改革舉措。 當(dāng)然,本研究也存在一些局限和遺憾的地方,由于專業(yè)學(xué)位本身的復(fù)雜性和筆者水平和精力的有限性,研究還存在很多需要改進(jìn)的地方,留待日后繼續(xù)努力。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the modernization process, great changes are taking place in the economic and social fields of our country, the mode of economic growth is changing, the market demand for talents is becoming more and more diverse, and the occupational types and professional structure of the whole society have undergone great changes. Therefore, the establishment of professional graduate education is the objective demand of China's economic development and industrial structure adjustment. Since the first professional degree was tried in 1991, the scale and types of graduate education of professional degree in our country have been continuously expanded, so far, 19 kinds of professional degree have been set up, and the level structure is clear. However, due to the late start of professional degree graduate education in our country, some problems will inevitably arise in the course of development, and some mistakes will be made. Therefore, this research takes "the research of the degree structure of professional degree graduate education in our country" as the topic of the master thesis, hoping to make a deep exploration on this problem. This paper mainly adopts the literature research method and the comparative research method to explore the problems in the development of the professional degree structure in our country, as well as the tentative solutions to the existing problems. First of all, the connotation of the professional degree structure is interpreted. At the same time, the differences between academic degree and professional degree are distinguished, and the hierarchy structure of the professional degree structure is finally determined. Family structure and distribution structure are the objects of this thesis. Secondly, the author analyzes the present situation of the professional degree structure of graduate education, and draws the conclusion that the proportion of the professional degree structure in our country is out of proportion, and the scale of the professional degree graduate education is difficult to meet the needs of the society. On the basis of these problems, it is concluded that the source of the problems lies in the objective conditions such as natural environment and economic development. The professional degree graduate education lacks the widespread social recognition and the specialized degree education and the labor employment system disconnects. Finally, the author applies the theory of system structure to this research, and at the same time, draws on the advanced relevant experience in the process of the development of professional degree graduate education abroad, and puts forward the reform measures of the degree structure of the professional degree graduate education tentatively. Of course, there are some limitations and regrets in this study. Due to the complexity of the professional degree itself and the limited level and energy of the author, there are still many areas that need to be improved.
