【摘要】：當(dāng)前,情報(bào)學(xué)研究生創(chuàng)新能力不足。具體表現(xiàn)在:高校尚未建立有利于創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的環(huán)境;教師隊(duì)伍匱乏且結(jié)構(gòu)單一;教學(xué)方式相對落后;課程設(shè)置不合理。為了提高情報(bào)學(xué)研究生的創(chuàng)新能力,根據(jù)耗散結(jié)構(gòu)理論,首先要做到"四個(gè)開放",即向國外同行、學(xué)術(shù)界開放,向國內(nèi)社會各界開放,向其他高校或辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)開放,向校內(nèi)各相關(guān)學(xué)科與專業(yè)開放;然后要更新觀念,創(chuàng)新課程體系,創(chuàng)新教學(xué)和個(gè)性化教育。構(gòu)筑基于情報(bào)學(xué)研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的創(chuàng)新平臺,并給出具體的評價(jià)指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:At present, the innovation ability of information science graduate students is insufficient. The concrete manifestation is: the university has not yet set up the environment which is conducive to the cultivation of innovation ability; the teaching staff is short and the structure is single; the teaching method is relatively backward; the curriculum design is unreasonable. In order to improve the innovation ability of information science graduate students, according to the dissipative structure theory, we must first achieve "four opening", that is, open to foreign counterparts, academia, domestic society, and other institutions of higher learning. Open to all relevant disciplines and specialties in the school; Then we should renew the concept, innovate the curriculum system, innovate teaching and individualized education. This paper constructs an innovative platform based on the cultivation of innovative ability of graduate students in information science, and gives specific evaluation indexes.
