西部欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)與研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量探析——以吉首大學(xué)為例

【摘要】:研究生導(dǎo)師的學(xué)術(shù)水平、人格魅力、責(zé)任感等影響著研究生的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。由于自然、社會、歷史等原因,西部欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)高校研究生導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)存在基礎(chǔ)薄弱,人才流動不暢,師資力量不足,結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等問題,降低了導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍的整體學(xué)術(shù)水平和指導(dǎo)水平,影響了研究生的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量?赏ㄟ^引進(jìn)高層次人才,改善導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)行導(dǎo)師組制,建立導(dǎo)師考評體系幾方面來加強(qiáng)導(dǎo)師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),保證研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The academic level, personality charm and sense of responsibility of graduate tutors affect the quality of graduate education. Due to natural, social, historical and other reasons, there are some problems in the construction of graduate student tutors in underdeveloped areas in the west of China, such as weak foundation, poor flow of talents, insufficient teachers, unreasonable structure, etc. It reduces the overall academic level and guidance level of the tutors, and affects the training quality of graduate students. By introducing high-level talents, improving the structure of the tutor team, implementing the tutorial group system, and establishing the tutor evaluation system, the construction of the tutor team can be strengthened and the quality of postgraduate training can be ensured.
