學(xué)科教育學(xué)碩士生課堂教學(xué)素養(yǎng)問題研究
[Abstract]:The main form of school education is classroom teaching, and the main factor that determines the effect of classroom teaching is teachers' classroom teaching accomplishment. With the new curriculum reform and the complex and changeable learning situation, teachers' classroom teaching literacy is undoubtedly facing more challenges in the classroom composed of dozens of students. Corresponding to the development and transformation of basic education is the development and transformation of teacher education. With the gradual development of teacher education towards higher academic qualifications, "post-bachelor" teacher training model has become the development trend of teacher education in China. A variety of teacher education models are also increasingly mature and perfect. In many teacher education training models, the Master of Education students, who are trained jointly by each subject college and the Institute of Educational Science, have a good knowledge base of the subject. The foundation of educational theory and the ability of teaching and research are recognized by the basic education, so this study focuses on the classroom teaching literacy of the Master of Education students. Having experienced a relatively complete pre-service education, whether the classroom teaching literacy of the master's degree students in discipline education can meet the needs of teaching and research, what aspects of the advantages of their classroom teaching literacy, and what aspects of the problem, What measures should be taken in the face of these problems will be the focus of this study. In the first part of this study, the author analyzes the performance of classroom teaching literacy of master's degree students in discipline education, analyzes its strengths, weaknesses and emotional literacy which is difficult to compare with other teachers according to the questionnaire. The second part analyzes the problems of classroom teaching accomplishment, such as the depth of subject knowledge, the ability to grasp the learning situation, the ability to evaluate and the ability of classroom management, and so on. The third part puts forward suggestions for the above reasons.
