農(nóng)林類(lèi)院校MBA教育管理模式研究

【摘要】:作為“舶來(lái)品”,MAB(工商管理碩士)進(jìn)入中國(guó)已經(jīng)有20多年歷史,20年來(lái)他見(jiàn)證了中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的軌跡,促進(jìn)了中國(guó)管理理念和管理制度的不斷創(chuàng)新和完善,也為我國(guó)培養(yǎng)了一大批各界精英和領(lǐng)軍人物。作為一門(mén)管理學(xué)科,,MBA最先誕生于市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)高度發(fā)達(dá)的美國(guó),20世紀(jì)初期之后,隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,MBA得到了世界各國(guó)廣泛的重視和應(yīng)用。1991年MAB教育悄然落地我國(guó),雖然起步較晚,但其強(qiáng)勁的發(fā)展勢(shì)頭,不可阻擋。目前,我國(guó)高等院校MBA辦學(xué)不斷增加,各開(kāi)辦院校在綜合實(shí)力、教育師資和辦學(xué)條件等方面參差不齊,辦學(xué)形式和種類(lèi)也多種多樣。在MAB辦學(xué)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈的情況下,農(nóng)林類(lèi)院校如何更有效地整合資源,為MBA教育謀求更大的發(fā)展空間,是農(nóng)林類(lèi)院校函待解決的問(wèn)題。本文針對(duì)農(nóng)林類(lèi)院校MBA教育項(xiàng)目管理模式的特點(diǎn),以XB農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)MBA學(xué)院為背景,同時(shí)結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外高等院校MBA教育管理模式的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)農(nóng)林類(lèi)院校MBA教育管理模式的創(chuàng)新進(jìn)行研究探討。 論文從五個(gè)部分進(jìn)行了闡述:第一部分通過(guò)對(duì)論文的研究背景、研究目的及研究意義進(jìn)行介紹,凸顯論文的可能的價(jià)值所在;第二部分在查閱文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)MBA教育的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行總結(jié)和闡述,為論文后續(xù)部分提供理論依據(jù);第三部分放眼于MBA教育國(guó)際大環(huán)境,并結(jié)合我國(guó)各高校的具體實(shí)施情況,對(duì)目前普遍采用的MBA教育項(xiàng)目管理模式進(jìn)行比較分析;第四部分是在第三部分的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)運(yùn)用SWOT分析法,總結(jié)出針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)農(nóng)林類(lèi)院校MBA教育項(xiàng)目的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇及挑戰(zhàn);第五部分充分結(jié)合XB農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)MBA教育管理模式的自身特點(diǎn),探求如何在挖掘和提升自身優(yōu)勢(shì)和深耕創(chuàng)新能力的同時(shí),彰顯特色、做大求強(qiáng),培養(yǎng)出具有農(nóng)林特色和國(guó)際化思維的優(yōu)秀人才。第六部分是在對(duì)上述MBA教育管理模式分析探討的基礎(chǔ)上,密切結(jié)合農(nóng)林類(lèi)院校MBA教育的客觀實(shí)際,提出具有符合實(shí)際需要的可操作性較強(qiáng)的建議和意見(jiàn)。 通過(guò)本文的論述,對(duì)XB農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)MBA教育進(jìn)行了有益探索,這將進(jìn)一步完善和強(qiáng)化學(xué)校的文管類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)的發(fā)展,尤其有助于學(xué)校研究生教育的改革和創(chuàng)新,為學(xué)校的均衡發(fā)展奠定更為堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:As an "imported", MAB (Master of Business Administration), he has been in China for more than 20 years. In the past 20 years, he has witnessed the rapid development of China's economy and promoted the continuous innovation and improvement of China's management concept and system. Also for our country to train a large number of elites and leaders from all walks of life. As a management discipline, MBA was first born in the United States with a highly developed market economy. After the beginning of the 20th century, with the rapid development of the global economy, MBA has been widely valued and applied all over the world. In 1991, MAB education quietly fell to our country. Although start late, but its strong development momentum, unstoppable. At present, the number of MBA in colleges and universities in our country is increasing, the comprehensive strength, the teaching staff and the conditions of running a school are not uniform, and the forms and types of running a school are various. With the fierce competition of MAB, how to integrate resources more effectively and find more space for the development of MBA education is the problem to be solved by agricultural and forestry colleges and universities. In view of the characteristics of MBA educational project management model in agricultural and forestry colleges, this paper takes MBA College of XB University of Agriculture and Forestry Science and Technology as the background, and combines the current situation of MBA educational management mode at home and abroad, and the development trend. This paper discusses the innovation of MBA educational management mode in agricultural and forestry colleges. The paper is described from five parts: the first part through the introduction of the research background, research purpose and research significance, highlight the possible value of the paper; The second part summarizes and expounds the theoretical basis of MBA education on the basis of consulting literature, and provides the theoretical basis for the subsequent part of the paper. The third part focuses on the international environment of MBA education and makes a comparative analysis of the MBA educational project management mode which is widely used in China's colleges and universities. The fourth part is on the basis of the third part, through the use of SWOT analysis, summed up the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges for the domestic agricultural and forestry colleges and universities MBA education projects; The fifth part fully combines the own characteristics of MBA educational management mode of XB Agricultural and Forestry University, and explores how to excavate and promote its own advantages and innovative ability of deep ploughing, at the same time, highlight its characteristics and make it bigger and stronger. Cultivate outstanding talents with agricultural and forestry characteristics and international thinking. The sixth part is based on the analysis and discussion of the above MBA educational management mode, closely combined with the objective reality of MBA education in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities, and put forward some suggestions and suggestions which are feasible and suitable for the practical needs. Through the discussion of this paper, the author makes a beneficial exploration on the MBA education of XB University of Agriculture and Forestry Science and Technology, which will further perfect and strengthen the development of the specialty of culture and management in the school, especially help the reform and innovation of the graduate education of the school. For the balanced development of the school to lay a more solid foundation.
