數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)對研究生科研創(chuàng)新能力的影響研究

【摘要】:研究生培養(yǎng)是我國高等教育的最高層次,其目的是為我國社會主義建設(shè)培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的創(chuàng)新型人才,科研創(chuàng)新能力是研究生教育的關(guān)鍵?茖W(xué)研究離不開定量分析,定量分析需要用數(shù)據(jù)“說話”,所以當(dāng)前數(shù)據(jù)密集型科研范式的確立要求科研流程建立在數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)之上,因而研究生的數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)尤為重要。本文以提高研究生科研創(chuàng)新能力為目的,明確了數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)與研究生科研能力的關(guān)系,構(gòu)建了數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)對研究生科研創(chuàng)新能力的影響模型,并分別對文理科研究生進(jìn)行了實證研究,以期為研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)教育提供參考。首先,本文明確了提升研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)的重要性,介紹了數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)的起源、基本概念及目前研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀;基于前人研究及大數(shù)據(jù)時代科研數(shù)據(jù)所具備的特點,將數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)分為數(shù)據(jù)意識、數(shù)據(jù)獲取能力、處理能力、分析利用能力及數(shù)據(jù)倫理五個維度。從論文、發(fā)明、專利、項目、科研獲獎的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量五個維度來衡量科研創(chuàng)新能力,對研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)與科研創(chuàng)新能力的關(guān)系提出假設(shè)并構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的結(jié)構(gòu)模型。之后,根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)與科研創(chuàng)新能力各維度及模型假設(shè)編制調(diào)查問卷,以在讀研究生為對象進(jìn)行問卷發(fā)放。調(diào)研后對量表進(jìn)行信度與效度分析,結(jié)果表明量表具有良好的信度與效度。運用AMOS軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)模型進(jìn)行識別和擬合,確定數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)各維度與科研創(chuàng)新能力的路徑系數(shù),對路徑系數(shù)進(jìn)行顯著性分析并對模型進(jìn)行修正,得出:數(shù)據(jù)獲取能力、數(shù)據(jù)分析利用能力、數(shù)據(jù)倫理正向影響科研創(chuàng)新能力,數(shù)據(jù)意識與數(shù)據(jù)處理能力對科研創(chuàng)新能力影響不顯著。最后,根據(jù)學(xué)科類別對回收的問卷進(jìn)行分類,運用AMOS軟件分別構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)對文理科研究生科研創(chuàng)新能力的影響模型,得出數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)對文科研究生科研創(chuàng)新能力影響不大,但對理工科研究生科研創(chuàng)新能力影響較為顯著,并對文理科研究生數(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)影響模型的差異性進(jìn)行了分析;谀壳把芯可鷶(shù)據(jù)素養(yǎng)教育及科研創(chuàng)新能力的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,提出了相應(yīng)的建議和對策。
[Abstract]:Postgraduate training is the highest level of higher education in our country, its purpose is to cultivate high quality innovative talents for the socialist construction of our country. The ability of scientific research and innovation is the key to graduate education. Scientific research can not be separated from quantitative analysis, quantitative analysis needs to "speak" with data, so the establishment of data-intensive research paradigm requires the scientific research process to be based on data, so the data literacy of graduate students is particularly important. In order to improve the innovation ability of postgraduate research, this paper clarifies the relationship between data literacy and graduate scientific research ability, and constructs the model of the influence of data literacy on graduate scientific research innovation ability. The author makes an empirical study on graduate students of arts and science in order to provide reference for data literacy education of postgraduates. Firstly, this paper defines the importance of improving graduate data literacy, introduces the origin of data literacy, basic concepts and the current status of graduate data literacy; Based on the previous research and the characteristics of scientific research data in big data's time, the data literacy is divided into five dimensions: data consciousness, data acquisition ability, processing ability, analysis and utilization ability and data ethics. From the five dimensions of thesis, invention, patent, project and the quantity and quality of scientific research award, the author puts forward the hypothesis of the relationship between graduate students' data literacy and scientific research innovation ability and constructs the corresponding structural model. Then, according to the dimensions of data literacy and innovation ability of scientific research and model hypothesis, the questionnaire was compiled and distributed to graduate students. After investigation, the reliability and validity of the scale were analyzed, and the results showed that the scale had good reliability and validity. The structural model is identified and fitted by AMOS software, and the path coefficients of each dimension of data literacy and the ability of scientific research innovation are determined. The significant analysis of the path coefficient and the modification of the model are carried out, and the results show that the ability of data acquisition can be obtained. The ability of data analysis and utilization, data ethics positively affect the ability of scientific research innovation, but the ability of data consciousness and data processing has no significant effect on the ability of scientific research innovation. Finally, according to the category of disciplines to classify the recovered questionnaire, using AMOS software to construct the model of the impact of data literacy on the innovation ability of graduate students in arts and science research, it is concluded that data literacy has little impact on the ability of scientific research innovation of liberal arts graduate students. But it has a significant effect on the scientific research innovation ability of science and engineering graduate students, and analyzes the difference of the model of the influence model of the graduate students' data literacy. Based on the present situation and existing problems of data literacy education and scientific research innovation ability of postgraduates, the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.
