我國(guó)研究生的過(guò)度教育及其經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)分析

【摘要】: 二十一世紀(jì)是知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,而高等教育,無(wú)論是對(duì)知識(shí)創(chuàng)新還是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,都發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用,其發(fā)展直接關(guān)系到我國(guó)科教興國(guó)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施與現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的進(jìn)程。然而自從1999年我國(guó)高校擴(kuò)招以來(lái),高校畢業(yè)生的供給與社會(huì)對(duì)人才的需求出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)位,社會(huì)有效需求明顯不足,高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻,知識(shí)失業(yè)現(xiàn)象屢見(jiàn)不鮮,于是產(chǎn)生教育過(guò)度問(wèn)題,嚴(yán)重影響著社會(huì)效益的提升和個(gè)人收益的增長(zhǎng)。 本課題以教育經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)為理論基礎(chǔ),從宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)、微觀收入等角度,分析了我國(guó)當(dāng)前的就業(yè)形勢(shì)和高等教育的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出了研究生教育過(guò)度的命題,并從全新的視角以創(chuàng)新的觀點(diǎn)論述了研究生過(guò)度教育的概念、判定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、產(chǎn)生原因、本質(zhì)特征及其影響后果。在論述了教育與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系的同時(shí),利用統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)估算了我國(guó)高等教育對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)率,接著在對(duì)研究生的過(guò)度教育的成本效益分析的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步闡述了過(guò)度教育的明瑟收益率模型。最后,本論文針對(duì)研究生過(guò)度教育的困境,提出了自己的政策建議和應(yīng)對(duì)措施,期待更好地促進(jìn)研究生教育與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的和諧發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The 21 century is the era of knowledge economy, and higher education plays an irreplaceable role in both knowledge innovation and economic development, and its development is directly related to the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the process of modernization construction. However, since the expansion of college enrollment in 1999, the supply of college graduates and the social demand for talents have misplaced, the social effective demand is obviously insufficient, the employment situation of college graduates is grim, and the phenomenon of knowledge unemployment is common. As a result, the problem of excessive education seriously affects the improvement of social benefits and the growth of personal income. Based on the theory of educational economics, this paper analyzes the current employment situation and the development of higher education in China from the angle of macro economy and micro income, and puts forward the proposition of excessive graduate education. From a new angle of view, this paper discusses the concept, criteria, causes, essential characteristics and effects of graduate overeducation from an innovative point of view. In this paper, the relationship between education and economic growth is discussed, and the contribution rate of higher education to economic growth is estimated by using statistical data. Furthermore, the paper expounds the Minther return model of overeducation. Finally, in view of the plight of graduate overeducation, this paper puts forward its own policy suggestions and countermeasures, hoping to better promote the harmonious development of graduate education and social economy.
