【摘要】：作為新型博士學(xué)位,教育博士學(xué)位制度于20世紀(jì)90年代在澳大利亞誕生之后發(fā)展迅速,現(xiàn)已成為博士學(xué)位制度尤其是專業(yè)博士學(xué)位制度中的重要組成部分。然而,教育博士項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展面臨身份認(rèn)同危機(jī)、導(dǎo)師專業(yè)性不足、學(xué)位論文特色不明顯等諸多挑戰(zhàn)。為推動(dòng)教育博士項(xiàng)目健康持續(xù)發(fā)展,澳大利亞高校及政府主要從明確教育博士培養(yǎng)定位、改革創(chuàng)新培養(yǎng)模式、加強(qiáng)對(duì)教育博士生的指導(dǎo)、創(chuàng)新畢業(yè)考核方式等方面著手改革教育博士項(xiàng)目。本文結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國教育博士發(fā)展過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,提出發(fā)展我國教育博士專業(yè)學(xué)位教育的幾點(diǎn)啟示。
[Abstract]:As a new type of doctor's degree, the system of education doctor's degree developed rapidly after its birth in Australia in 1990s, and has become an important part of the system of doctor's degree, especially the system of professional doctor's degree. However, the development of education doctoral programs faces many challenges, such as identity crisis, lack of professional mentors, and lack of obvious characteristics of dissertation. In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of doctoral programs in education, Australian universities and governments mainly focus on defining the position of education doctoral training, reforming and innovating the training mode, and strengthening the guidance to educational doctoral students. Innovation graduation examination methods and other aspects to reform the doctoral program of education. Based on the problems in the development of education doctorate in China, this paper puts forward some enlightenments on the development of professional degree education of education doctor in China.
